An insider tip of the first order is the Blütenhöfefest on Sunday, 13 April 2025, in which 15 traditional farms in Lana, Völlan, St. Pankraz and Tscherms take part. Visitors will get to know historic farms and artistic residences in an enjoyable way and savour typical farm products on site. Visitors who are fit enough to walk follow well-signposted hiking trails and hike from farm to farm, while those who are more leisurely can take the free shuttle buses to the farms from 10.00 am to 6.00 pm. An overview map with a detailed programme is available from the tourist office or online at lanaregion.it The event will take place in all weathers. Please note: Not all courtyards are suitable for coaches (50-seater). Due to limited parking facilities, certain farms can only be reached by a small shuttle or on foot. Larger groups are requested to register with the farms. There are limited parking spaces for coaches in Lana, two bus parking spaces are located in Lorenzer Straße and three in Zollstraße in front of the ex-Pomus. In the event that the indicated parking spaces are already sold out, it is advisable to drop off passengers at the bus station and continue to the car park of the Exclusive discotheque in Meranerstraße Lana or to the Lana industrial area where there are additional parking spaces. The Band of Freiberg-Sinich and the Tourist Association warmly invite you to a concert on Palm Sunday. Let us come together to musically welcome Holy Week and enjoy solemn melodies in a special atmosphere – a moment of reflection for guests and locals alike.

Exhibitors from Five Countries For the 47th time, the large international collectors’ fair, Lanaphil, will take place on Sunday, April 13, 2025, in Lana/South Tyrol. The event will run from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM and will be a meeting point for collectors. About 50 exhibitors and many collectors will be present in the large hall, the foyer, and on the stage of the Raiffeisenhaus in Lana. Exhibitors and visitors from the following five countries will participate: Italy, Austria, Germany, Belgium, and the Czech Republic. Twice a Year Collectors’ Fair The founder and organizer, Albert Innerhofer, a passionate collector of old and historical postcards, first organized this collectors' meeting in Lana on October 22, 2000. Since then, the event has been very popular, taking place twice a year—once in April and once in October—in the Raiffeisenhaus of Lana, South Tyrol. Thanks to visits to many collectors' fairs both in Italy and abroad, many friendships and contacts with other collectors have developed, some of which have lasted for decades and are still ongoing today. At this fair, old historical postcards, stamps (including personalized stamps), coins, letters, pre-philatelic items, historical stock certificates, banknotes, military items, and other memorabilia such as books, engravings, old photos, and accessories will be available for trade, purchase, or sale. Personalized Stamps Each year at Lanaphil, new personalized stamps are released. Currently, the following personalized stamps are available: Heinrich Dalla Rosa (1909-1945), a priest from Lana who was executed by the Nazis on January 24, 1945 – 2024 Dipl.-Ing. Dr. h.c. Luis Zuegg (1876-1955) from Lana, marking the 140th anniversary of his birth – 2016 800 years of the gift of St. Margareth Church in Lana to the Teutonic Order (1214–2014) 500 years of the altar by Hans Schnatterpeck in Lana (1508–2008) 100 years of the Lana-Vigiljoch Cable Car (1912–2012)

Michael Höllrigl’s expressive stone and bronze sculptures will adorn the gardens of the Kränzelhof in 2025, true to his motto “The hand knows more than the head.” “Letting you dream on and on” is the goal of the sculpture exhibition. Whether it’s nearly untouched wilderness or an enchanting cultural landscape, gardens represent the longing for paradise: Tamed nature and untamed inner worlds meet and perhaps grow together. Have you ever wondered where meat comes from, how it is processed and how the various meat and sausage specialities are made? Learn more about it at Martin's farm and butcher shop! After a short walk, you will reach the farm that he runs with passion and where he has realised his dream: a farm shop and his own butcher's shop. Here, he only sells meat from his own animals and from farmers in the Passeiertal Valley - regional, fresh and handcrafted. During the tour, you will discover the stories behind the butcher's shop, the farm and the people behind it. You will experience first-hand how much work and passion goes into Martin's products. Afterwards, you are able to taste the homemade meats and sausages as well as other regional delicacies in the farm shop. THE GUIDE IN THE BUS SPEAKS GERMAN AND ITALIAN! Immerse yourself in the extraordinary beauty of the Dolomites during our grand tour! We start our bus journey in Schenna and head towards Val Gardena. From there, the route takes us through the Gardena Pass to Corvara and then to the Campolongo Pass. Along the way, we enjoy spectacular views of the majestic mountain peaks. Our journey continues to Arabba and through the Pordoi Pass, and finally past the Karer Pass back to Schenna.

The parish of St. Peter west of Dorf Tirol is home to one of the oldest baptismal churches in the area. On this guided tour, history and art lovers can find out how the church, which was built on the foundations of an even older building from the pre-Romanesque period, came into being, and enjoy viewing the precious Romanesque and Gothic frescoes inside.

Discover with our expert Sepp the daily life on a mountain farm during this picturesque excursion on Marling Mountain: First stop at the "Tschigg-Hof" farm: Let your host Karl give you exciting insights into tradition and rural life - past and present - and enjoy home-made delicacies with the farm's own products. Next, we continue to "Kurzhof": Discover, together with farmer Oswald, how a traditional grain mill works. Final stop at “Hoferhof”: Let host Stefan introduce you to the art of bread baking and enjoy a delicious, traditional lunch with a hearty “Marendbrettl” with freshly baked farmhouse bread and homemade specialties. We take the Brenner motorway to Rovereto. Through the Loppio Valley and the Passo San Givanni we already reach the north-eastern shore of Lake Garda at Torbole. We drive along the eastern shore to Malcesine. There we enjoy a longer stay to get to know the famous town on the eastern shore. In the early afternoon we take a private boat to Limone. By bus you will then travel along the tunnel-rich Westgardesana towards Riva, the northernmost town on Lake Garda. Via Arco and the Sarca Valley past the beautifully situated Lake Toblino and through the narrow Vela Gorge we reach the Adige Valley again and the Brenner motorway back to Schenna.

An adventure for the whole family! Participants can experience the thrill of wild water on the Adige River in specially rafts, guided by professional instructors from the outdoor activity organization "Acquaterra". A shuttle service will bring our guests from Algund Town Hall to Kastelbell in the Vinschgau Valley, the starting point of the tour.

ONLY IN GERMAN AND ITALIAN! Guided hikes along the irrigation canals, through farmsteads and high Alpine routes; breath-taking views! This Thursday: The bus takes us to Oberbozen. From here we start the hike, which takes us via Kematen to the Tann and to the old farmer's bath "Bad Süß". We then continue to the earth pyramids and to Klobenstein, where the bus picks us up again in the afternoon.
