A spectacular rafting tour awaits you in Rabland/Rablà and leads you from Tschars/Ciardes through the idyllic landscape of the Vinschgau/Val Venosta Valley. Our Packraft - Tour homerun (difficulty level medium) is something for adventurous water rats who want to test themselves and conquer the Adige river in their own boat. With action, fun and assertiveness, we master rapids, go around obstacles and relax on calm passages. Accompanied by one of our qualified guides, the tour begins at our rafting base in Rabland/Rablà, where the equipment is handed out. With bag and baggage we go to Ciardes/Tschars. Arriving at the boat entrance, we unpack our packrafts (inflatable kayaks) and pump them up. As soon as all the kayaks are ready, there is an introduction to the paddling technique and a detailed safety briefing. Shortly after, we're off into some extraordinary, splashing water fun. Safety: Only a safe experience is a lasting one. That's why our guides are highly trained. We also make no compromises when it comes to equipment. It is up to date and meets all required standards.

Vocal and instrumental works as well as solo and chamber music contributions will be performed. The spectrum ranges from baroque music to classical and romantic music to compositions of our time.

Movement trainer Evi accompanies you and shows you how you can do great exercises for your core, back and torso with the help of soft moss, gnarled roots and resinous trees - to really calm down. Would you like to learn how to prepare this delicious speciality? In a special cookery course, farmerwomen Elisabeth will show you how to make dumplings traditionally and with love. Step by step, you will learn the secrets of South Tyrolean dumpling preparation and receive valuable tips and tricks directly from the expert. Experience the magic of dusk on the Hochmuth! Take the cable car to the mountain station, where a welcome aperitif awaits. The next highlight is on the terrace of the Hochmuth inn: a concert by the Burggräfler Alphorn players. Did you know that a section of the famous E5 long-distance hiking trail was once a Waalweg? Hiking guide Arnold accompanies you on this route, telling you exciting stories about the historic waterways and the local flora and fauna along the way. A highlight of the hike is a stop at the Schiefer fish farm. During a guided tour of the facility, you will learn all about sustainable fish farming and the careful processing of the farmed fish. The village festival is certainly known throughout the country as one of the oldest, largest and most beautiful village festivals of all. In 2024, the village festival took place for the first time on the fairground in large tents: "Mårtiner Dorffestival" 2024 was a complete success! This year, the "Mårtiner Dorffestival" has the honour of hosting the 15th VSM District Music Festival Merano at the same time. 36 music bands with over 1.600 musicians and sutlers from the Burggrafenamt and Passeier will adorn the village with their traditional costumes and brass band sounds this weekend. There will be short concerts by the bands, a marching band competition on the sports field and a festive parade and mass on the village square on Saturday and Sunday. On Friday and Saturday, well-known artists and DJs will be performing. On Sunday, admission to the family festival is free. There will be fun and games for the whole family. Under the motto "Rethinking Rituals", LanaLive 2024 is dedicated to exploring and reflecting on traditional rituals. The festival invites you to discover new perspectives on customs and habits together with artists, scientists and representatives of traditional associations such as the Lana Citizens' Band. In a time characterised by rapid social and technological progress, questions arise about the preservation and reorientation of traditions. LanaLive 2024 offers a space for reflection and discourse. A diverse programme of music, visual arts, performances, lectures and discussions will encourage participants to question the significance of rituals in today's society and explore possible future scenarios.
