Kaiserschmarrn is good! Cooking it is really easy, as long as you keep a few tricks in mind. In this cookery course, farmer Brigitte from Avelengo reveals the recipe for a delicious Kaiserschmarrn and shows children the tricks to achieve a fluffy result on the plate, so that they can easily recreate it at home. With Brigitte, you will not only learn the recipe for the original South Tyrolean Kaiserschmarrn, but you will also have a special farm experience, as farm products, such as eggs, are harvested fresh from the henhouse! Parents are of course also very welcome can graze a little bit of the tasty Kaiserschmarrn. In the event of bad weather, the tour will not take place. Climbing as an unforgettable vacation experience - this is what the Rockarena Merano climbing hall offers with the "Kraxln & Äktschn" summer offer. The original South Tyrolean apple strudel is baked together with the farmer's wife of the 737-year-old Schildhof farm - with shortcrust pastry and without pine nuts. The ingredients, tricks and tips will be explained. A nut strudel made from yeast dough is also made together. While the strudels bake in the oven, we enjoy a vegetable strudel together, accompanied by fresh tomato salad from the garden. Finally, the dessert is served warm from the oven. The International Randonnèe Certificate, the ‘Tour d'Ortles’, stretches along one of the most fascinating Alpine cycle routes in Europe. The Südtirol Classic Schenna is a must for connoisseurs who drive a vintage car. The Südtirol Classic Rally takes place from July 6th to July 13th, 2025. In summer, contemporary and folk music bands fill the evening air with music in Schenna. Societies in Schenna also organise various forms of entertainment. Shop opening hours in the evenings: 8pm to 9:30pm. Performance by the line dance group "Ultner Country Gang" as the opening act for the Abba cover band show.

Every Wednesday, the streets in the centre of Naturno become the scene of culinary delights. Artistic performances, great live bands and a colourful children’s programme ensure entertaining evenings. The shops remain open until late at night. Start: 6 p. m.
