The vineyards at Popphof are cultivated with great care and dedication. From the first budding to the harvest, every phase in the vineyard is carefully managed. The sunny slopes and exceptional locations give the wines a unique character, reflecting the effort and weather conditions of an entire year. In the wine cellar, the aromas of the young and maturing wines unfold as they rest in oak barrels. Careful pressing, controlled fermentation, and maturation ensure wines of the highest quality. During a barrel tasting with the winemaker, you will experience firsthand how the wines evolve over time.
