Our events combines music and enjoyment in the village centre. Visitors can also expect a tasting of alpine and mediterranean delicacies during a traditional concert by our local music bands.

From the Gampen Pass, we hike along a beautiful forest path to the ‘Schöneck’ viewpoint on the Mendelkamm. We reach the Felixeralm via Moschen, where we stop for refreshments. We then reach the beautifully situated Felixer Weiher, also known as Tretsee, in just a few minutes. We descend comfortably through larch forests to the car park. Every Tuesday, music enlivens the city center, accompanied by events and much more. It's a popular occasion for locals from Merano, who flock into town along with visitors from the surrounding area to enjoy the summer atmosphere. For guests of the city, it's the perfect opportunity to get to know Merano and its residents. On the upper via Corso della Libertá, a market featuring handcrafted products (6:30 p.m – 11:00 p.m) accompanies the events — and on three additional dates, also on the Passeggiata Lungo Passirio (july 15th, july 29th, and august 12th, from 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m). Kids Corner: On the Passeggiata Lungo Passirio, a space directly in front of the Kurhaus is dedicated to children. Magic shows and clowns, baby dance, creative workshops full of imagination, and a face painting corner offer plenty of fun activities. Participation is free of charge. The Kneipp and health trainer Annemarie Santer Nock invites you to the Vettererhof and reveals the five principles of Sebastian Kneipp. You will learn how you can contribute to a better attitude to life and to maintaining your health with refreshing water treatments. Tingling waterfalls and invigorating arm baths make the Kneipp tour a special experience for body and soul. This alpine wellness programme also introduces you to valuable and edible medicinal herbs. At the riding school in Vöran, Elisabeth awaits you with an entertaining programme: At the beginning you will clean the horses together, afterwards you will go on a small accompanied ride. You can also try vaulting, a very popular equestrian sport. At the end you can still paint and take home a nice drawing of your new four-legged friend. Fancy taking part? The tour starts with a short introduction about llamas and getting to know the absolutely child-friendly and curious animals. We don't ride the lamas, but load them up with provisions and equipment and then we're off! We walk with the fuzzy animals for about 2 hours, past meadows and forest clearings. For refreshment, we barbecue together at the campfire with lots of fun and tasty sausages. Our fruit farmer will accompany you and tell you everything you need to know about this diverse fruit. As a culinary conclusion, you can expect a tasting of delicious apples and apple juice. Guided Biketour - Meran 360° Our 360º tour through the Etsch Valley starts in Algund. From there we ride towards Gratsch and then to the Segenbühel viewing point from where we then head towards Merano. Taking several side roads we reach the cycle track leading to Bolzano. At Gargazon we leave the cycle track and reach the fabulous Brandis golf course, from where we pedal towards Tscherms. At Tscherms we ride uphill towards Lebenberg Castle, where we can look forward to a wonderful view of the Burggrafenamt region. At the Haidenhof inn we take a well-deserved break. A lovely scenic road takes us to Marling and then we return along Nörderstrasse to our starting point in Algund. We do 42 km and 700m of elevation gain

Summer evenings in Schenna: music & shopping. Stroll through the centre of the village after your evening meal, listen to music, browse in the shops and boutiques and buy some souvenirs to take home with you. In summer, contemporary and folk music bands fill the evening air with music in Schenna. Societies in Schenna also organise various forms of entertainment. Shop opening hours in the evenings: 8pm to 9:30pm.

Apple growing takes centre stage at the family-run Schrenteweinhof in Lana. Farmer Patrizia tells you exciting stories and many interesting details about her favourite fruit. She is one of the 63 farm women service providers under the brand "South Tyrolean farm women. From our hands". Patrizia will introduce you to the different apple varieties and you will learn a lot about apple growing. In between, you can also take a bite of a juicy fruit! But Patrizia's favourite thing is to prepare delicious apple snacks with you in the group. Do you feel like it? There are no limits to your imagination. Barbara and Georg await you at the Lenkhof farm in Avelengo with a great programme. Visit the farm and the animals with them and discover the journey of milk from the cow to the finished butter. The sunrise on the mountain is a magnificent natural spectacle and an unforgettable experience! Most of the way uphill is by shuttle, followed by an early morning hike to the Kreuzjoch viewing platform. You will be rewarded with a spectacular sunrise and a unique panoramic view. Afterwards, you can look forward to a delicious mountain breakfast on the mountain pasture. This cooking course is all about local wild herbs. Herbs and wild herbs are collected in the garden, which are then processed into a delicious lunch together with herbalist Rosi Mangger Walder. The event will be in German and Italian.

Guided tour through the apple meadows in Gargazzone/Gargazon (with reservation). Our farmer will guide you through their fields, explains you about the healthy ingredients, the production area and about all sorts and brands of the South Tyrolean apple. Gain insight into the secrets of the apple farmers - from the latest technology of today and the gnarled giants of the past. Afterwards, you can taste for yourself.

ONLY IN GERMAN AND ITALIAN This long and challenging hike leads to the Pfossental valley. From the Vorderkaser Alm, we hike to the Eishof and, following the ascending military path, reach the Eisjöchl (2,895 m) and the Stettiner Hut just below (2,875 m). After a rest at the hut, we descend the path to the Lazinser Alm (1,860 m) and continue to Pfelders (1,624 m), where the bus will pick us up. Walking time: approx. 7 hours Journey time: approx. 1,5 hour by coach to the start Difference in altitude: ascent 1200 m | descent 1600 m Difficulty: very difficult

Approach to Walten/Valtina as far as the parking space in Wans/Vannes. Ascent through the Wansertal Valley to the Wanser Joch and on to the summit. The descent follows the trail through the Sailertal Valley back to Wans. Walking time: approx. 6 h (there & back) | Difference in altitude: 1,067 m The hike will be in German and Italian.
