This is processed into delicious bacon and sausage products using traditional methods on the farm. Guided tour of the stables, production and maturing rooms with all sorts of interesting facts about farming and processing on the farm - followed by a tasting session with farmer Franz.

Every Friday from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m., the farmers' market takes place on the town hall square in Nalles/Nals with fresh produce from farmers in Sirmian/Sirmiano and Nals/Nalles.

On May 4 2025 Naturno invites you again to the South Tyrolean Bacon Day. Enjoy innovative bacon dishes in a great ambience: children's program, showcocking and music, as well as a small specialiätenmarkt around the South Tyrolean bacon. The event starts at 10:00 a.m. at the town hall square in Naturno and takes place in any weather.

On the occasion of St. Florian’s Day, the feast day of St. Florian, the patron saint of firefighters, the Band of Schenna invites you to a short open-air concert on Raiffeisen Square in Schenna. A musical tribute to this special day, celebrating the bond with the firefighters and the community.

Discover the train station! The entertainment train station at Naturno/Stava is the old train station of the Val Senales. It shows an electric train on an 800 m track, an original steam engine locomotive Waldenburg Switzerland, a tank engine locomotive, and two wagons of the Rhaetic train. The station is open every Sunday afternoon from Mai until October

After a wonderful hike on the Naturnser Nörderberg mountain, a shuttle minibus will bring you back to Naturns. The return journey must be booked separately. Shuttle to the Nörderberg mountain – parking lot Kreuzbrünnl: Not in the mood for the narrow and steep mountain roads in South Tyrol? Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday a shuttle bus will take you from Naturns directly to the Kreuzbrünnl parking lot, starting point for wonderful hikes to the alpine pastures of the Nörderberg mountain, the Monte S. Vigilio or the mountain station of the Aschbach cable car. Alternatively, a shuttle from Kreuzbrünnl will take you back to Naturns. The return trip must be booked separately. It is also possible to take a bike with you! Limited booster seats for children are available. Dogs are transported only on request and with muzzle.

Our apple farmer accompanies you through the apple meadows and tells you interesting facts about the diverse fruit. Then, together with the farmwoman Wally, you will bake an apple strudel according to a regional recipe, which will of course also be tasted. He describes his philosophy, the self-sufficient concept of the farm and the clever combination of his mainstays: these range from farm vacations and the production of green energy to South Tyrolean mountain meadow hay. Learn all about organic mountain meadow hay, from harvesting to its versatile use as cushions, hay beds, wallpaper, lampshades, flooring, liqueur and even gin. After the farm tour, you can make your own hay cushion as a “hay light” and taste the farm's own products. Our farmer will guide you through their fields, explains you about the healthy ingredients, the production area and about all sorts and brands of the South Tyrolean apple. Gain insight into the secrets of the apple farmers - from the latest technology of today and the gnarled giants of the past. Afterwards, you can taste for yourself.

Join beekeeper Michael every Wednesday at 4:00 PM for an unforgettable journey into the fascinating world of bees and beekeeping. Open a beehive with him, take a selfie with the queen bee and sample fresh honey straight from the comb—if you're feeling brave! This is followed by a tasting of over 10 different specialties made from and with honey. Some of his award-winning products are not only healthy, they are real palate ticklers. Bee tours are available from early May to late September every Wednesday, or by request outside of these dates. ONLY IN GERMAN AND ITALIAN! Hiking through meadows and forests. Listen to the sounds of nature, breathe in the clear morning air, feel the tickle of wet grass and the first rays of sun on your skin. A special nature experience in the Merano 2000 hiking area. The breathtaking sunrise on the 'Spieler' peak rewards you for the effort you put into leaving your warm bed. After the moderately difficult hike (480 metres altitude), we enjoy a hearty breakfast with South Tyrolean products at the Meranerhütte.

Local producers from Tisens and the surrounding area sell their homemade goods and regional products with love and craftsmanship at the Tisner Bauern- & Handwerksmarkt (Tisner Farmers' & Crafts Market) on the Town Hall Square in the centre of Tisens. For example, in addition to seasonal fresh vegetables and fruit, you can also find eggs, juices, bread and cheese. Just come by, browse and taste while talking shop with the exhibitors.

The total price includes the guided tour, return trip with the ropeway Merano 2000 and the necessary equipment which conforms to safety standards: climbing harness, climbing gear and helmet. The 500 m long climb is perfectly secured with 1000 m of steel cable, is rated at medium difficulty (A - B - B/C) and is suitable for the less stron alpinistis or for families with enthusiastic young climbers starting from age 14.
