From the Schermoos car park, we hike along the European long-distance hiking trail (E5) to the Möltner Joch, continuing along a pleasant path through sparse larch forest to the Möltner Kaser. Here we follow the path to the famous hilltop with the Stoanernen Mandln and impressive views of the Dolomites. This legendary cult site is characterised by countless cairns, some of which are as tall as a man. We return to the Möltner Kaser, where we stop for a bite to eat and then descend via the Jenesiener Jöchl to the starting point. As part of the Red Bull X-Alps 2025, the Schenna Tourist Association is offering this guided tour at a special price. The highlight: You decide how you return to the valley! By cable car – relaxed and comfortable, or with a tandem flight – a unique experience in the air! When you register, please indicate whether you prefer to return by cable car or tandem flight. Participants who choose the tandem flight will be contacted by Tandemclub Ifinger after registration to arrange the details and finalize the booking. A good overall fitness level and an early start are essential to tackle the Klettersteig. The path is fully secured with steel cables, and many steep and difficult sections have been eased with footholds. Explore the stunning mountain landscape around Schenna on two wheels! As part of the Red Bull X-Alps 2025, bike guide Stephan will lead you on a guided e-bike tour along the route to Leiten Alm. Enjoy a diverse trail with breathtaking panoramic views, challenging climbs, and a well-earned break at the alpine hut. During the tour, you’ll also have a unique opportunity to watch the X-Alps athletes – perhaps soaring above you with their paragliders!

Paragliding at sunrise attracts both adventurous outdoor vacationers as well as local South Tyroleans. By rising early, we are able to catch the awakening of nature in the mountains. The Ifinger Tandemclub Team promise you an unforgettable adventure. The trajectory of the sun and time of the year determines our departure time. Depending on the sunrise, sometimes earlier, sometimes a little later – meeting point and exact time are agreed by phone or email. The destination is the Kuhleitenhütte Refuge at 2,400 m near Merano 2000. We arrive at the take-off point in our vehicle, but some guests might prefer to negotiate the final stretch on foot. Breakfast and Flight After a hearty breakfast, we await the arrival of dawn on the refuge terrace: the first rays of sunrise announcing the start of our adventure. We then take off on our paraglider, flying above the magnificent Passeiertal Valley for between 30 – 40 mins, at an altitude of 2,050 m. The landing is near the Torgglerhof Hotel in Salthaus/Saltusio, or on the Quellenhof Golf Course. Photos and Videos The pilots will shoot spectacular footage (photos and videos) throughout the tandem flight, including the prelude at sunrise and during the actual flight. Juval Castle Tour (39 km, 700 m elevation gain) The impressive Juval Castle Tour stretches over 39 kilometers and 700 meters of elevation gain, offering not only physical activity but also cultural and culinary highlights. The starting point is Algund. An experienced bike guide first leads us through a panoramic landscape to Töll. The route then continues along the Apple Road through blossoming orchards to Naturns and further towards Staben. Already during the ride, we enjoy a magnificent view up to the Juval Caslte, the famous castle of Reinhold Messner, which today houses a fascinating collection of Tibetan art and mountaineering history. We follow the bike path until the resting place (just before Staben) and then turn right at the wooden bridge towards the State Road and the Vinschgau Farmers' Store. After crossing the State Road, we need to pedal a bit more. However, with some stamina, we finally reach The Juval Castle, our destination for the day. Here, we will visit the castle and then take a delightful lunch break at a nearby inn. Rejuvenated, we begin the return journey to the starting point, Algund. The varied landscape and cultural attractions make this bike tour an unforgettable experience for nature enthusiasts who wish to actively explore the beauty of South Tyrol. This tour is ideal for experienced cyclists with a good basic level of fitness.

Herbal drinks are made from these plants, with herbal expert Brigitta Patzleiner explaining the beneficial properties of each herb. Afterwards, the drinks can be sampled. In addition, three take-home products are made together: a calendula salve or lip balm, an herbal salt, and an herbal liqueur. Herbs are so valuable because all their components, such as minerals, vitamins, and nutrients, correspond to the elements of the human body. This allows them to be easily absorbed and transported within the body to where they are needed. For example, a green rosemary drink stimulates circulation, provides energy, activates the brain, and improves concentration and memory. The ancient Greeks already knew this: students would wear a rosemary wreath during exams. Today, this effect has also been scientifically proven.

Have you ever seen the inside of a power station? Did you know how water becomes electricity? In South Tyrol, the Passeiertal Valley and especially the Hinterpasseier Valley is one of the valleys with the most water. For this reason, more than 22 power stations for sustainable energy production have been built in the Hinterpasseier Valley for about a century. One of the oldest is the power station in Rabenstein, which you can visit and explore. The guided tour offers unique insights into the power station and shows how water converted into electricity. The sunrise on the mountain is a magnificent natural spectacle and an unforgettable experience! Most of the way uphill is by shuttle, followed by an early morning hike to the Kreuzjoch viewing platform. You will be rewarded with a spectacular sunrise and a unique panoramic view. Manuela Parth, hiking guide and mountain rescuer with the South Tyrol Mountain Rescue Service, will show you the most important basics of first aid and how you can help yourself and others in an emergency. As is now customary when Stefano Bollani takes the stage, each concert promises to be a unique event. In his performances there is nothing programmed and the musical flow is governed by the inspiration of the moment. The Soirées at Tyrol Castle are held every year in June and July, on five Thursdays. Cool Swim Meeting is one of the main events of the summer of swimming in Italy. Now in its eighth year, the event will once again bring over 800 athletes and coaches from all over the world to Merano from 13th to 15th of June.
