The Compagnia Artemis Danza, led by Monica Casadei, dedicates this artistic project to a contemporary exploration and interpretation of four fascinating heroines by Giacomo Puccini: Tosca, Madama Butterfly, Mimì, and Turandot. Understanding Puccini's music involves analyzing its profound connection with the feminine world. In the four acts that make up Puccini's Opera, we find Casadei's personal interpretation of the female theme, placed at the center of a choreographic, visual, and musical reinterpretation process. Tragic love, thwarted and opposed love, cruel love that annihilates, the craving for possession that leads to destruction – all these live in the faces, bodies, and gestures of the Company, and continue to make us reflect on the contemporary relevance of stories that have moved audiences worldwide. The creation is imbued with a poignant atmosphere, filled with tension and poetic suggestion. Puccini's orchestral score is juxtaposed with electronic tracks by composers Luca Vianini and Fabio Fiandrini, crafting an enveloping and at times apocalyptic soundscape. We are a community of desires, not of action. Ernaux, one of the most authoritative voices in contemporary culture, chose in 2012 to bring to light a space ignored by literature, yet a formidable mirror of social reality: the hypermarket. A diary was born in which he recorded visits to "his" Auchan for a year, noting the contradictions and rituals, but also the unexpected tenderness, of that temple of consumption. The Merano Ski Club and the Merano 2000 ski area have revived an old tradition and bid farewell to winter with music, fun and good spirits. It is run in teams of three in different categories. Three racers, connected by a rope, master a simple giant slalom route, to reach the finishing line together. Each participant may only ride once per category. Deep in the desolate lands of Hell. A calm and eternal day of agonizing torture. Suddenly, a raucous barking breaks the silence it's the devils, running wildly back and forth in search of their king, the dreadful Satan. Along the banks of the Styx, countless souls have arrived, suddenly swept away by a lightning-fast, murderous, cowardly plague of boils and pox. The underworld is suddenly clogged, and Minos, the merciless judge of souls, must perform superhuman feats to assess everyone's sins. Everything grinds to a halt when Beelzebub, with great wisdom, steps in: he offers three jesters Zuan Polo, Domenico Tagliacalze, and Pietro Gonnella a reduced sentence, allowing them to return to what they did best in life: entertaining. The show draws from the ancient art of the jester the quintessential entertainer, the most devoted worshipper of satire and mockery. Since time immemorial, comedians have been both terrified of and drawn to Hell. It’s inevitable: the underworld is the final destination for those willing to do anything for a laugh. Hell and its sulfurous jailers form the foundation of folk traditions and the tales of wandering storytellers. It holds within it both the high and the low, the tragic and the grotesque. "We tried to explore, between the late Middle Ages and the Renaissance, some examples of infernal tales earthy, foul-smelling tracts," writes Stivalaccio Teatro, a company known for its unmistakable and irresistible reinterpretation of the Commedia dell’arte. "These episodes are told by three performers or rather, jesters, comedians, outcasts people willing to do anything to bring laughter. They make use of the jester's craft, that 15th-century mastery which later gave rise to the great tradition of Commedia actors. His successor-to-be, Horst Bohne, planned everything meticulously. The text on the ribbon for the funeral wreath "In deep mourning. Your employees" doesn't work at all, according to marketing manager Alina Bergreiter and social media expert Kevin Packert in unison. Because where are the employees? One of them is the long-time secretary Rieke Schneider, who absolutely wants to sing at the funeral service. Intern Kim Olkowski has problems with the funeral saying "Only work was your life" because it "somehow stands for a totally toxic work-life balance". Exhibitors from Five Countries For the 47th time, the large international collectors’ fair, Lanaphil, will take place on Sunday, April 13, 2025, in Lana/South Tyrol. The event will run from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM and will be a meeting point for collectors. About 50 exhibitors and many collectors will be present in the large hall, the foyer, and on the stage of the Raiffeisenhaus in Lana. Exhibitors and visitors from the following five countries will participate: Italy, Austria, Germany, Belgium, and the Czech Republic. Twice a Year Collectors’ Fair The founder and organizer, Albert Innerhofer, a passionate collector of old and historical postcards, first organized this collectors' meeting in Lana on October 22, 2000. Since then, the event has been very popular, taking place twice a year—once in April and once in October—in the Raiffeisenhaus of Lana, South Tyrol. Thanks to visits to many collectors' fairs both in Italy and abroad, many friendships and contacts with other collectors have developed, some of which have lasted for decades and are still ongoing today. At this fair, old historical postcards, stamps (including personalized stamps), coins, letters, pre-philatelic items, historical stock certificates, banknotes, military items, and other memorabilia such as books, engravings, old photos, and accessories will be available for trade, purchase, or sale. From 1st to 3rd June 2026, the new schenna e.motion event will be all about electric mobility and enjoyment. In addition to excursions with electric vehicles to the most beautiful places in South Tyrol, there will be a special supporting programme with an e-test and safety day in Bolzano, a tour of an e-plant, high-class enjoyment evenings and much more.

Asfaltart turns 20 years old! 20 years full of passion, laughter, poetry and an incredible cultural mix! For three days there will be almost 200 shows, including concerts, circus performances, walking acts and clown acts, where many artistic groups with artists from all over the world will turn the popular city of Merano upside down. They will take visitors' breath away with acrobatics, dance, circus arts and clowning. The town center then turns into an open-air stage for clowns, trapeze artists, musicians and fire breathers. The 2024 festival comprises a handicraft market and a gastronomy stall on the Passer Promenade.

The date for the 2025 International Mixed Volleyball Tournament is already set. The 35th edition will take place on June 13th and 14th, 2026. We look forward to seeing you!

A spa town, having awakened from years of a Sleeping Beauty-like slumber, invites guests to the grand opening of a new thermal bath — an event expected to draw press representatives from across the globe. In the play The Silence of the City, this seemingly local occasion becomes a stage for world theatre, where the spotlight falls on the most pressing questions of our time. Anyone who doesn't laugh at this performance — with its historical costumes from the Belle Époque — may well have lost the ability to laugh altogether. An evening of theatre marked by rare intensity, beauty, and poetry. If you don't laugh here, you may never laugh again. The performance will be held in standard German.
