In our restaurant you can savour typical South Tyrolean cuisine, mediterranean and international specialties as well as great local and Italian wines. In addition to half-board, you can have a delicious local lunch on our wonderful panoramic sun terrace or in our restaurant „Rundegg”.

Cooking at the Vigilerhof combines local delicacies and light cuisine. Our menus are the high point of the evening, offering typical South Tyrolean specialities such as Schlutzkrapfen (pasta pockets) or Knödel (dumplings) as well as Mediterranean classics such as fish and pasta dishes – not to mention the heavenly desserts. At the mountain restaurant Puflatsch, you can enjoy typical South Tyrolean Cuisine with its specialities such as 'Speckknödel mit Rindsgulasch', Schlutzkrapfen etc. During the summer, our large sun terrace is the right place for a well-earned rest and a cosy lunch or a South Tyrolean 'Marende' (snack). Or simply relax in the rustic ambience of our restaurant or our comfortable lounge.

The restaurant “ Umser Mühlele” was new reopened in spring 2018 . It is located really quiet and idyllic at the hiking trail number 6 from Fie´ to the Castel Prösels but you can also reach it by car or by bus (number 176 ). The guests can enjoy the spectacular panoramic view of Fie´ and Renon . The “ Umser Mühlele “ offers regional and delicious food for diner . Saturday and Sunday the restaurant offers also food for lunch and in the afternoon the guests enjoy homemade cakes , ice cream or the typical South Tyrolean “ Marende” .

Bar Café Hauenstein is located directly on the main road and only a 5-minute walk from the centre of Seis, just a bit before the valley station of the Seiser Alm aerial cableway.
