You will enjoy refined regional dishes combined with light Mediterranean cuisine. Walther focuses on the use of herbs, which he grows in his herbal garden. He also grows lettuce and vegetables in his garden. Walther loves to cook and bake: home-made bread, cakes like out of a professional pastry, home-made pasta and other culinary delights.
