It is not far away from the Lago Selvaggio / Wilder See and the Picco della Croce / Wilde Kreuzspitze. Hot food continuously,. Open from the beginnings of June to the mid of October. You can reach the Gattererhütte from the parking lot at Fane Alm in about 10 minutes. Otherwise, it takes about 1.5 hours from the parking lot at the Kurzkofelhütte to the Gattererhütte.
