The hut Kieneralm is located at 1,750 m at the foot of the mountain Gitschberg. In winter direct connection to the skiing area Gitschberg Jochtal. You can reach the Kiener Alm in about 1,5 hours from the parking lot Gitschberg.

The Pertinger Alm hut is located on 1861m above Terento. From the car park at the Schneeberg it takes 60 minutes to get to the hut. Once you reach it, you will have a marvellous view on the mountains.

The Nockalm is the perfect conclusion of an excursion for families with kids and for byciclists. The owner dish up several South Tyrolean specialities and so you get refreshed for a new walk. The opening hours in summer are the same as those of the mountain funicular. The opening hours in winter are the same as those of the skiing area. From Vals to the Nockalm it takes about 1 hour.

Our hut is located on the Rittner Horn. It offers one of the most beautiful panoramic views of South Tyrol. With the cable car you can reach us on cozy way of Pemmern! Hikers, bikers and riders can reach us on marked paths, steep, starting from Ritten, Barbian, Villanders or Sarn Valley. Every Wednesday from 18/12/2024 to 12/03/2025 until 10 pm.

You will be served Tyrolean dishes in a traditional hut. You can reach us from the Fane Alm in about 1,5 hours.

The restaurant Geisler on the Plose welcomes you to its comfortable parlor and on the sunny terrace. The restaurant offers a wide choice of dishes as well as traditional Italian dishes. On Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays we serve fresh fish dishes. You can also enjoy some tasty pizzas cooked in a wood oven for lunch and dinner.

Traditional milk cattle alp, Tirol specialities, home-baked cheese and milk products, travelling aim ideally for families. The Gatterer Hütte is a ideal place of excursion for families. It is accessible from Valles / Vals. It is not far away from the Lago Selvaggio / Wilder See and the Picco della Croce / Wilde Kreuzspitze. Hot food continuously,. Open from the beginnings of June to the mid of October. You can reach the Gattererhütte from the parking lot at Fane Alm in about 10 minutes. Otherwise, it takes about 1.5 hours from the parking lot at the Kurzkofelhütte to the Gattererhütte.

Tyrolean Specialties

The restaurant takes place directly on the ski piste and the mountain station Jochtal. With pizza and tipical dishes is the restaurant the perfect stop for a refreshment. Open every day (holidays from mid June to mid July). Rest day Thursday outside of season.

The Latzfons Cross (2.300m) is the highest pilgrimage site in South Tyrol and one of the highest in Europe.

Edelrauthütte at the Eisbruggjoch between the Pfunderer and Lappacher valley. Romantic starting point to the highest peaks of the Zillertaler Alps and earthy rest station on isolated height ways. Throughout warm kitchen. Open from the beginnings of June to the beginnings of October. You can reach the Edelrauthütte in 3,5 hours from the parking Dun.

The Brixner Hütte is on the Pfunderer Höhenweg, with continuous warm kitchen and possibility to sleep for 40 people. Open from mid June to mid October. From the Fane Alm to the Brixnerhütte it takes about an hour and 40 minutes.

The Anratterhütte is the ideal palce for family celebrations. South Tyrolean citchen with homemade "Schlutzer", "canederli/Knödel" and other specialties from the region. Open from mid May to end of October. Opening hours in winter are those of the skiing area. From Spinges to the anratterhütte it takes about 2 hours at least. It takes about 1 hour from the cablecar mountain station in Vals to arrive at the Anratterhütte.

Sunny and lain in the midst of a basin. Home-made products, Alpine pasture cheese and butter. Open from mid June to mid September. You can reach the Weitengergalm in 2 hours from the parking Dun.
