The excellent menus, prepared every evening by the lodge’s chef for the guests, have to be compared with, but do not pale in comparison to, those that the majority of the so-called gourmet restaurants offer their diners. And thus the chef ‘de Cuisine’ daily conjures up new Lucullian marvels based on traditional Tyrolean cuisine, and thereby is the freshness of his ingredients particularly close to heart. These ingredients and his creativity secure him over and over again the admiration of his guests.

    The Anratterhütte is the ideal palce for family celebrations. South Tyrolean citchen with homemade "Schlutzer", "canederli/Knödel" and other specialties from the region. Open from mid May to end of October. Opening hours in winter are those of the skiing area. From Spinges to the anratterhütte it takes about 2 hours at least. It takes about 1 hour from the cablecar mountain station in Vals to arrive at the Anratterhütte.
