We serve in addition to the typical local dishes also delicious italian and international dishes. The chef cooks here in person!

Whether local dishes from grandmother`s recipes, international specialities, organic products from our own farm or venison combined with exquisite wines from our own wine-cellar, it will be a special delight and your joie de vivre come back at once.

In summer it's the place to be for families. While mum and dad are relaxing on the deckchairs, the children can play at the playground or admiring some farm animals. The lovers of the ladin cuisine will find some home made specialities with a good glass of wine. As soon as the sun goes down, we reccomend you to have an “Aperitivo”, you are having a drink in front of the red painted dolomites UNESCO World Heritage. In winter the Paraciora hut can also be reached on skis. Just park your car in our large parking area and after an exhausting day on the skis, come and recharge your batteries in the warm hut. The Paraciora hut is the departure/arrival point of the Connecting Skiing and therefore connected by bus (every 20 min.) with the skiing resort Plan de Corones. You can admire the panorama on the large sunny terrace along with our grilled dishes or some traditional dish.

The Panorama shelter is placed in the middle of the ski slopes of Kronplatz, at 2050 meters above sea level. Our costumer usually reach us by sky, and their baggages are transported to destination from our snowmobiles. Our shelter is the ideal place for lovers of skiing and quiet of mountains and offers unforgettable landscapes and sunsets. It's the ideal place to stop and have a break for skiers who need refresh. Our kitchen offers delicious typical local dishes in addition to many other of italian and mountain cuisine. Our shelter is the ideal place for families who are looking for peace away from the chaos of the city, but also for those people who love having fun with friends and pass fine days together, without the annoying thoughts of daily life.

Next to our ski lift is the ski lodge “La Locia”, where you can have a quick snack of sausage and bread during the day or spend an unforgettable evening with Fondue, Bourgignonne, Chinoise and cheese on request.

Our Alpine Restaurant/Bar is located at the foot of the Sassolungo with spectacular views of the Sella Group. We take great pride in our home cooking and one of our specialities is grilled trout (summer months only) which you can fish directly from our lake in front of the restaurant if you want or Tyrolean specialities such as a variety of canederli (Tyrolean dumplings made of bread with speck or spinach) and, for those with a sweet tooth, we highly recommend "Kaiserschmarren" which is a sweet omelette with bilberry jam as well as delicious home-made strudel and cakes. We have a lovely sunny terrace with plenty of deck chairs for sunbathing and relaxing after a hard days skiing or walking. In the winter months we have Italian specialities like Pasta, Pasta & Fagioli (Bean & Pasta soup), Tyrolean dishes and home-made Strudel which can be served on our sunny terrace.

The Biella Hut, Seekofel Hütte in German language, is located at the base of Croda del Becco or Seekofel. First stage of the Alta Via n. 1 and crossroads of numerous routes in the Ampezzo Natural Park and the neighboring parks of Sennes, Fanes and Braies.

This mountain inn lies at the foot of the Geisler group surrounded by spruce and pine woods. It is a genuine island of peace and relaxation at the starting point of numerous walks and hiking trails, directly alongside the Adolf-Munkel Weg. The homemade delicacies were filled with fresh herbs which came from the inn's own garden.

A hiking tour for the senses. The Lago di Pausa/Tiefrasten hut and the lake of the same name will spoil your palate and eyes. Start: parking at Winnebachtal. During: 2,5 hours .

Our mountain hut is located at 1905 m at the Juac alp, above Selva in Val Gardena. Embedded in fresh meadows, our hut is the ideal place to relax and to escape the stress. Just lay back, enjoy the fresh air, our traditional dishes and the amazing view of the sourrounding mountains of Val Gardena. Ambiente The hut is pretty easy to reach by foot and by bike. For passionate hikers, mountain bikers or climbers the hut, for ist ideal location close by the Puez-Odle Natural Park, can be used as a perfekt starting point for walks and excursions. An experienced, local mountain guide can give you some advices or take you on an unforgettable tour to one of the surrounding peaks. Near the Sanctuary, at the foot of Mount S. Croce you can discover one of the most famous and old mountain huts of the region. The little church dates back to 1484, while the house was built later in 1718. The mountain hut, where once pilgrims and wayfarers would stop, offers a welcoming and typically local environment, with old lounges, walls completely covered in wood and with the characteristic stone floors. Here you can find the famous "Kaiserschmarren" with bilberryjam, the eggs with speck and potatoes and the polenta with cheese and muschrooms. During the summer season it is also possible to stay overnight.

Es finden im Sommer verschiedene Veranstaltungen statt wie das Brotbacken im urigem Steinbackofen, wo Sie miterleben können wie das Brot entsteht und natürlich gibt es auch Brot zum mit nach Hause nehmen.
