As an accompaniment, junior chef Andreas serves you just the right wine from South Tyrol, Italy, or even wine from abroad.

"Gostnerhof farm in Barbian is on the sunny side of the Eisack river valley. Guests can enjoy savouring original Eisack valley farmhouse fare amidst colourful vineyards beneath the rays of the autumn sun. Two cosy farmhouse parlours invite guests to sit and get stuck into some delicious culinary treats. We have a large children’s playground for kids to play around in. Open from mid September to beginning of December from 16.00 to 24.00 every day. On weekends open from 12.00. Booking recommended. Producing mineral-rich, fruity, elegant mountain wines with their own character: the credo of the Cantina Valle Isarco is as clear as it is simple. This is the youngest of Alto Adige’s cooperative wineries and, with 135 members, also the smallest, as well as the northernmost in all of Italy. And its credo is followed without compromise.

The grapes grow on steep terraces at elevations from 250 to 1,000 meters. The work in the vineyards is hard and in many cases done by hand. Specifically right here, it is necessary to work in harmony with nature, to take the infertile resources into consideration, and for that reason to produce as close to nature as possible. But in any case, it is actually the elevation that also has a series of advantages. For instance, the harvest period is relatively late in the year, which is why the grapes also take along a whole series of sunny and warm autumn days and cool nights with them into the approximately 950,000 bottles that are produced annually.

“The particular climate of the Valle Isarco, its mineral-rich soils, and the late harvest are the optimal conditions for fresh, fruity, and mineral-rich white wines,” explains Stefan Donà, who has been winemaker of the Valle Isarco Winery since 2023. The calling cards of his winery are therefore the outstanding Sylvaner, Kerner, Müller Thurgau, and Grüne Veltliner, which make up no less than 98 percent of the assortment. They score a hit with their unmistakable stylistic direction and acidity structure, and they present themselves as extremely typical of the variety. As they know all too well at the Cantina Valle Isarco, quality in fact knows no compromise.

Vinus the wine shop in the historic center of Bressanone has established itself since 1998 as the most outstanding address for the successful combination of wine bar and kitchen. Peter Kantioler was able to marry a perfectly good glass of wine with the traditional local and the Mediterranean cuisine. Food lovers are spoiled every Wednesday and Friday (dinner) and every Saturday for lunch. In summer you can take advantage of the garden, the only one of its kind in Bressanone. The Gasserhof is a traditional house in St. Andrä, near Brixen. At lunchtime, the Gasserhof has its restaurant open for you between 12.00 and 13.30. For several years, chef Fabian has offered his guests moments of extreme pleasure. With his creative dishes he accompanies you on a delicious journey through traditional South Tyrolean cuisine, a real tasting experience. The team is also supported by Hermann, who is happy to share his experience and expertise with his colleagues. One “must” in the kitchen: the preservation of the true taste of the products, which must be genuine, pure, and intense. For this reason, vegetables, herbs, berries and fruit come directly from the hotel garden.

In 2021, we set up our shop Carma at the gourmet haven Brennerstrasse 6 in Brixen to share with you our prized tradition of comforting Italian cuisine. We run a butcher shop know throughout this area. We get the meat from our own livestock and from nearby farms. We use these products to make hearty and delicious specialties of South Tyrolean and Italian cuisine. We also have a large vegetable garden, and can thus offer our guests not only good-tasting foods, but also guaranteed fresh and healthy ingredients.

Our pastry treats you with our specialty pastries: croissants with chocolate and walnuts, south tyrolean strudel, chocolates and various cakes. The cakes are made to order for any occasion. In summer you will find our homemade ice cream that you can comfortably enjoy in our garden.

South Tyrol's largest and most modern nightclub offers entertainment at the highest level on two floors. Club Max has already hosted legendary nights with internationally renowned DJs such as Timmy Trumpet, Don Diablo, Robin Schulz, Headhunterz, Brennan Heart and many more. Our club attracts hundreds of night owls from all over South Tyrol every week to dance and party in Brixen.

The "Röckhof" is situated in the sunny slopes of Villanders. 7/10 - bottling, distillery, guided tour of the farm and cellar, typical dishes such as Schlutzkrapfen, potato pasties and homemade sausages. On Saturdays and Sundays we are open from midday.

Directly at the lake lies our idyllically situated restaurant. Comfortable lounges and a charming garden terrace invite to various celebrations. We especially recommend our local specialties like dumplings, "Schlutzkrapfen" or "Tiroler Tris" as well as pasta dishes, grill or our well known Wienerschnitzel. Home made apple strudel, cakes, tiramisù as far as the eye can see let the afternoon fade in a very pleasant way.
