The Bacherhütte is an ideal finish after a calm hike with the family. Open from mid May to end of October and from the beginnings of Dicember to Easter. You can reach the Bacherhütte from the parking lot Gitschberg in about 1 hour and 15 minutes.

The Obermoserhof lies amid mountain pastures and looks out over the pleasant village of Feldthurns. It makes an ideal spot to explore the mountains of the Eisack valley. Those seeking to take it easier can take in the warming rays of the sun on the terrace or simply enjoy the views of the nearby Geisler mountain peaks. The Obermoserhof offers Farm Holidays too. Insider tip for beer fans! Beer as far as the eye can see! This charming establishment in the middle of the old town surprises with its cosy terrace flair, live bands in the evening, unusual drinks and hand-made snacks. But even more with the variety-packed beer menu, the “3fiori Beer Times”. The constantly changing but always more than 70 different types of beer are presented in this ensuring that there is something to suit all tastes from all over the world! Draught Guinness for Irish fans, Batzen-Bräu for local beer lovers, Belgian Trappist beer, IPAs, American Porter, sour beers… to mention just a few. Anyone who has already worked their way through the menu or is looking for a change, can find a special tipple time and again with the “beer of the week”. The beer tastings in the sitting room atmosphere with hip beer sommeliers who provide exciting information and news from the brewing kettle are extremely popular.

Our kitchen offers homemade delicacies and vension specialties! Open from the middle of May to 1st of November and from mid December to Easter. You can reach us from the parking lot Altfasstal in 30 minutes.

The Pertinger Alm hut is located on 1861m above Terento. From the car park at the Schneeberg it takes 60 minutes to get to the hut. Once you reach it, you will have a marvellous view on the mountains.

In our bakery and pastry shop "Fabian Profanter - my bakery" in Millan, Plose Street, renovated and expanded in 2018, you will find a wide selection of breads, pizzas, traditional pastries and cakes, which are also made to order in various shapes and sizes in our in-house bakery. In addition you will find organic products such as fruits and vegetables, cheeses and meats, dairy products, beverages and more. We also have many regional, gluten-free and lactose-free products. Artisanal ice cream made by our master can be purchased in the store or enjoyed in our "Capriccio" Bar right next to the store in Millan. A selection of all these products can also be found in our branch "Strudel House" in the old town of Brixen on Adlerbrückengasse street.

Earthy alpine hut in the end of the valley "Alftasstal" with animals and rockery. Continuous hot food; on Sundays and on holidays, BBQ specialties. You can reach the Pranter Stadl Hütte from the parking valley "Altfasstal" in 90 minutes.

Burgerhof farm stands out thanks to its two cosy dining rooms and fantastic views of the Brixen valley basin. Organic farming methods have held great importance here for over 30 years. Guests can look forward to seasonal dishes, with a menu that changes every week, delicious organic wines as well as tender meat from the farm's own herd. Open from mid-September until the second weekend in December as well as from the start of April until the mid of June. Hours: Saturdays from midday and Sundays from 12.00am to 3.00pm. In autumn, open on Thursdays and Fridays from 6.00pm. Open in the evenings by reservation only. For the rest of the year we are happy to accept reservations above 20 guests on request.

The Pizzeria Monika is located in the heart of South Tyrol on the sunny side of the Eisack Valley. Several hiking trails lead past our house. The cosy restaurant is the perfect place to stop for a quick snack in the bar or a special celebration in the dining room. A play corner is available for our younger guests.

The hut “Kuttn” is situated on the alp of Fane (1,700 m) at the end of the Valley Valles/Vals. The sun-terrace is the right backdrop for a hiking break with hut specialties and the homemade cheese, which is produced directly at the cheese dairy next to the hut. Open from middle of April to middle of November. You can reach the Kuttnhütte from the parking lot at Fane Alm in about 10 minutes. Otherwise, it takes about 1.5 hours from the parking lot at the Kurzkofelhütte to the Kuttnhütte.

A hot specialty for example is our Coffee Nutè - a coffee with Nutella. With our offers of cold coffee our customers love Coffee Orange and Coffee Amaretto. 3 distinct blends to taste including dewaxed or 100% Arabica. We also have the sale of coffee. Seasonal juices like Dissetante and traditional ones like Energy. Fresh citrus juices. Of course we have aperitifs such as Rudy Spritz, Hugo, Pomegranate Spritz, Peach Melba Spritz and selected white and red wines. To eat we offer yoghurt produced in the area with Müsli and fruit, croissants that follow the customers' tastes and small dishes for the small hunger, ice cream cups and fresh cakes every day.
