From March to the end of October, the biological Gruberhof winery in Marling invites you to guided tours of the wine cellar every Friday at 4:00 PM. Discover the fascinating world of viticulture and learn interesting details about winemaking and the history of Gruberhof during a tour of the historic and new cellar rooms. Since 1995, the estate has been managed organically. With deep dedication for nature and Bioland-certified guidelines, the Gamper family cultivates their vineyards. The wine selection includes native varieties such as Vernatsch and Lagrein, the fungus-resistant Bronner and Souvignier gris, as well as a powerful Merlot and Cabernet cuvée. These wines reflect the family's passion for nature-friendly and sustainable viticulture. The event takes place in German. Guided tour of the Terlan's wine path. You will hear (only in German language) about the history of winegrowing, the vineyard plots, the varieties, the vine-training systems, and the estates and mansions you will encounter on the path. Wine tasting and visit to the winery Haidenhof Tscherms. The hillside Haidenhof farm is known for ist first-class wines. The vineyards on ist slopes yield no less than seven Grape varietals, at 16.00 (with registration, T +39 0473 564 451).

Aperitivo with small culinary delights and wine whispering Experience a delightful wine tasting every Wednesday from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Pardellerhof. Stroll through multiple stations, savoring exquisite wines perfectly paired with small, carefully curated culinary delights. Your guide leads you through several stations where she tells about winegrowing, landscape and history. On the way, at the Baron Widmann winery, in the vineyards, at the Castel Turmhof Tiefenbrunner winery and in the Cantina Cortaccia, you can taste 5 typical wines. The walk lasts 3 1/2-4 hours, about 50 minutes of which are spent actually walking.

From April to the beginning of November, young winemaker Lukas from the Hillepranterhof invites you to enjoy his exquisite wines every Thursday at 5:30 pm. Immerse yourself in the fascinating world of viticulture on a guided tour of the vineyard and cellar. On request, you can also be served a platter of regional specialties. Winegrowing has been a tradition at the Hillepranterhof for generations. Since 2021, winemaker Lukas has been processing the grapes directly on the estate and marketing his wines independently. Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Vernatsch and Pinot Noir grow on the slopes of the vineyard. The Pinot Noir is a real highlight and embodies the unique character of the terroir. Things are “young and dynamic” at the Hillepranterhof - the Kapfinger family looks forward to your visit! The event takes place in German.

The Franz Gojer winery is a small family business whose history begins in the heart of the traditional St. Magdalen wine-growing area on the northern sides of Bolzano. In 2007, the family bought a second farm in Karneid in order to also offer white wine in the assortment. A large cellar was also built in Karneid, where all the production of the wines now takes place, as well as an architecturally interesting tasting room. During a wine tasting, you will learn more about the history of the Gojer family as well as their work throughout the year and taste the wines full of character, which unmistakably demonstrate their origin. During a guided cellar tour, visitors can learn how grapes are transformed into wine and explore the stunningly designed cellar spaces, each with its unique color scheme. We walk through the village to the wine-growing lookout point of the Eisacktal valley winery below, where selected wines are tasted in the middle of the vineyards. At the Torgglerhof farm, hiking guide Lorenz Fischnaller tells us about the past and present work on the small farm over a Slow Food aperitif. Farmer's wife Margareth serves up delicacies from the home garden and local farms to accompany the tasting of the mineral crystal wine. We then walk back to the village and visit the special exhibition ‘Noble Stones - Noble Tones’ in the museum. At the Huaberhof farm next door, we finish with a tasting of biodynamic wine. Guided by a winemaker or cellar master, you’ll enjoy a selection of local wines paired with a traditional “Marendbrettl” (South Tyrolean snack). ONLY IN GERMAN OR ITALIAN Niedereben Farm is situated at an altitude of 634 metres on Nörderberg mountain. Benefiting from the advantageous climate, olives, grapes and cacti all flourish here. The Hofer family supplies the local organic specialist retailer (Biokistl) with its fruit and vegetables and sells a variety of home produced, typical South Tyrolean organic products in their own farm shop. Cows, pigs, quails, ducks, geese and chickens all feel like “pigs in clover” on the farm! This introduction to the long history of the farm gives visitors an insight into livestock husbandry and wine growing on the Vinschgau’s Nörderberg mountain and shows the route taken from the first olives to the production of the farm’s own olive oil. The following products are available to buy directly from the farm shop: speck (bacon), salami, smoked sausages, cooked herb-crusted ham, Coppa ham, farmer’s speck, seasonal fruit and vegetables, and in the autumn months chestnuts and pumpkins, apple juice and Vernatsch wine.
