The Fascinating Vineyard: an exploration of Cortaccia Winery’s diverse vineyard sites, complete with wine tasting. The diversity of Cortaccia Winery’s vineyard sites is unique in South Tyrol. Altitudes ranging from 200 to 900 metres, southeast and southwest exposures, and soils varying from sandy-gravely to rocky to red-clay lend each wine its own individual character. Join us on an expedition in exploration of the best sites, and taste each wine directly at its place of origin. (Groups of 10 or more may also book individual tours)

Your guide leads you through several stations where she tells about winegrowing, landscape and history. On the way, at the Baron Widmann winery, in the vineyards, at the Castel Turmhof Tiefenbrunner winery and in the Cantina Cortaccia, you can taste 5 typical wines. Discover the WineCulturePath of Marlengo. From the village centre, it leads along quiet village streets via the numerous wine farms. Along the way you can find information panels about the history and culture of wine as well as giant-size items used in winegrowing. After the walk follows a wine-tasting. Pleasure moments on the square: we enjoy Andrian chestnuts. Chestnuts from the Schlosspichl chestnut grove are roasted over an open fire. This is accompanied by must, apple juice and the wines of the Andrian Winery and sweet delicacies.

Wine Lane Termeno/Tramin in the historic centre. Enjoy a glass of wine, a few typical dishes, music and folklore. From early afternoon till late at night the famous "Traminer Weingassl" or Wine Alleyway will be scene of exciting adventures which, for a few hours at least, will take you far from your daily routine and offer you a special evening in the magnificent autumn detting, along the Wine Road. The celebrations of the "Wine Alleyway", in the heart of the historic centre of Termeno which is open only to pedestrians, is an appointment not to be missed: the best Traminer wines will be offered in cups made for this very occasion along with special South Tyrolean delicacies in an atmosphere of music and folklore.

A special evening in Bolzano, UNESCO Creative City of Music, in collaboration with the Bolzano Concert Association. From 18.30, a glass of sparkling wine will welcome guests to the Dominican monastery, followed by the concert with the Ensemble Desiderio at 19.30 in the Conservatory C. Monteverdi. After the concert, expert sommeliers will present three wines from Bolzano in the atmospheric setting of the monastery. A guided tour of St. Catherine’s Chapel (at 9.00 pm) will conclude the event.

A wine tasting of a special kind in the midst of the vineyards of Ritten and Bolzano. The winegrowers of Ritten and Rentsch invite you to enjoy their wine along the REBE wine trail. At five selected stations, the winegrowers offer for tasting those wines that grow in the respective altitudes along the wine steps between Rentsch and Signat. The ingredients are all there for a spectacular autumn in the castles and manors of the Alto Adige Wine Road. Several prestigious concerts, combined with the excellent wines of this territory, will be held in the ancient walls of the towns that unfold on one of Europe's most beautiful wine routes. From the 20th of October to the 5th of November 2023 local wines, the stories behind their production and great music will be the protagonists of the first edition of WineSounds on the Alto Adige Wine Road. The entrance includes the musical performance and the chance to taste and enjoy a beautiful selection of wines in unique locations. An initiative of the Alto Adige Wine Road in collaboration with the Tourist Associations of Nalles, Andriano, Terlano, Appiano, Caldaro al Lago, Termeno, Bassa Atesina, Castelfeder and Laives Bronzolo Vadena as well as the Tourist Board Bolzano. The historic winery of Elena Walch will open its doors to the concert attendees. After the final notes of the woodwind quintet "LIGNUN" have faded away in the historically significant courtyard, with a view of the picturesque mountain scenery, we will take you on a journey of discovery through our wine cellars. Today, in the former Jesuit monastery, using both traditional and avant-garde techniques, Elena Walch creates her multi-award-winning wines. The charming contrast between intricately carved wooden barrels and the highly modern fermentation cellar with its architectural highlights perfectly reflects our identity and versatility. Following the concert, there will be a tasting of four selected wines in the estate's park, where you'll have the opportunity to experience it for yourself! Wine and first-class music are the protagonists of the second edition of the concert series WineSounds on the Alto Adige Wine Road. Experience a guided tour of the historic castle Payersberg, followed by a first-class concert with the band TriOlé. After the sounds of the music have faded after about an hour, the focus is on enjoyment. Fine appetisers accompany the excellent wine from the winery Nals Margreid and round off the musical experience with culinary delights. Wine-tasting with Alto Adige wines at 2000 m. The Wine Skisafari offers a cheerful expedition on skis across the country’s multitude of wines. Tickets are available online and also on the day of the event at participating huts: - Ütia Bioch - Pralongiá hut - Piz Arlara - I Tablá Alta Badia, the Dolomite region for epicurean holidays, supports, among other things, the responsible use of alcohol under the motto: taste, enjoy, but don't overdo it. Too much alcohol on the slopes slows down reflexes and can cause accidents even on the ski slopes. Please remember, when skiing, the consumption of alcohol is permitted in moderate quantities, fines will be imposed if the alcohol level exceeds 0.5 per mille. During the event photos or video footage may be taken for the purpose of documentation and promotion of the event and the region. The footage may be used and published on websites, on social networks and on media in compliance with the data protection regulations.

Saint Urban of Langres is the patron of wine in the German speaking area. He is celebrated on the 25th of May. For this occasion a prayer for good weather and the blessing of the wineries takes place in the chapel of the 'Köstenholz' residence at 6 p.m.. Afterwards, the wineries of Terlano and Settequerce/Siebeneich serve their precious wines and some culinary delights – be it sunny or rainy.
