The Manuart APS Association in Bolzano organizes monthly events dedicated to craft markets, where local creatives showcase their creations. Artisans from the region work with various materials, with a particular focus on recycling and sustainability. Visitors can discover a wide range of handmade products, including bags, jewelry, paper crafts, ceramics, wood, felt, crochet, fused glass, sculptures, paintings, wirework, leather, fabric, buttons, cans, and much more. Additionally, throughout the year, special days are organized for children to teach them how to create using recycled materials. A unique opportunity to stimulate creativity, promote craftsmanship, and raise awareness among young people about the importance of recycling and environmental respect.

Every Friday, from the beginning of April to mid-October, farmers from the Sterzing area offer their local quality products at the farmers' market. At the market in the town square of Sterzing, people meet for the weekly purchase of local South Tyrolean products or for a "glass of wine". The varied offer ranges from traditional bacon and “Kaminwurzen” , fresh and smoked trout, cheese and yogurt specialties, homemade bread, organic wines, herbs, honey, eggs to homemade juices and fresh vegetables.
