The golden autumn has given up its colorful place and left the stage to winter for the most contemplative time of the year. With a promising tone, lights and angels, Christmas trees and a small Christmas market announce the holiday season in Kaltern, which makes the most of its smaller size with nothing lacking. A contemplative village stroll if desired, enjoying wine and fine treats in festive garb, embedded in culinary traditions with both old customs and new practices that will join them. A celebration of joy, sharing, and community, surrounded by music and hospitality in the heart of Kaltern.

The Tyrolean Advent in the Castle will be taking place in the historic ambience of Tyrol Castle. Tyrol Castle provides an atmospheric backdrop for a genuine South Tyrolean Christmas experience. Local exhibitors will present traditional handicrafts such as felting, pottery, turning, spinning, braiding, dyeing and the production of ceramics or jewelry in the castle's rooms. There will be a well-balanced program of events for visitors every day during Advent in the Castle: whilst crackling fires make for a cozy atmosphere, food stands will offer traditional dishes, baked goods and drinks. The Christmas market will also be attended by choirs and music groups, and there will also be all kinds of entertainment for children.

Browse products – get together – feel the spirit of Advent – take a break together – relax with biscuits and tea... Every Monday to Friday from 7.30 am. to 3.30 pm. Every Thursday from 1.30 pm. to 2.30 pm. with musical accompaniment.

Producers from the area offer their local and handmade products for tasting and for sale. Seasonal fruits and vegetables, bread, meat and sausage products, honey and jams, Liquors and juices, wood carvings and much more are offered.

Large Friday market on Fridays, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. on the Piazzale Prader square and along Via Andreas Hofer and Via Mainardo up to the crossing with via Otto Huber. Various market stalls with clothes, shoes, leather goods, plants, foods like bread, sausages and meat products etc.

On weekends and holidays, the village square of Kastelruth transforms into a charming Christmas world.
At eight lovingly decorated stalls, you’ll find mulled wine, delicious Christmas cookies, handcrafted decorations, jams, wooden crafts, and much more.

Live music creates a festive atmosphere, filling the square with Christmas sounds. Even the little visitors are not forgotten: right next to the Christmas market, the ice skating rink is open daily.

The church square sparkles in christmas lights, soft Christmas music and the smell of mulled wine and fresh pastries wafts through the air - on Friday, November 29th, it's finally time: the Algund Christmas Market opens its doors.

18 stalls and two food stands are eagerly waiting to sweeten your Advent season with regional crafts, hot drinks, and traditional dishes. The diverse offerings will be rounded off with musical performances, a show kitchen on Saturday evening, the large gingerbread house from the Tauber bakery, a children's program, and of course, the ever-popular ice skating rink.

Authentic and Traditional – The Ritten Christmas Market. The Ritten Christmas Market enchants visitors with beautifully decorated stalls, high-quality handicrafts, atmospheric music, and local specialties. A varied programme of events and children’s activities makes a visit to the Ritten Christmas Train Market (Rittner Christbahnl) an unforgettable experience, turning the Advent and Christmas season into something truly special. The Ritten Christmas Train Market at the Oberbozen railway station, in the historic Plattner Beekeeping Museum in Wolfsgruben, and in the village centre of Klobenstein is open during Advent and Christmas time on Fridays from 2 p.m. and on Saturdays and Sundays from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. The Ritten Railway connects the three locations every 30 minutes. On all opening days: Nativity scene exhibition at the historic Plattner Farm in Wolfsgruben. On Saturdays and Sundays: Horse-drawn carriage rides from Klobenstein station to the village centre, introductory pony riding, and llama and pony walks in Oberbozen. GLORENZA ADVENT MARKET

Under the motto "Lights-Smells-Sounds" the Advent market will finally take place again in Glurns.
Time for contemplation and culinary highlights.
With the medieval backdrop and the romantic alleys of the town, this Advent market is unique. It is characterized by contemplative and musical moments with brass groups and choirs. More than 45 merchants offer their self-produced and handcrafted goods.
There will alsobe pre-Christmas crafts, fairy tales and Punch and Judy shows for children.
The gastronomic stalls spoil the visitors with culinary delights and warm drinks.
