Weekly Market - every Wednesday at the town hall square in Bruneck

The Gedi Center in Bruneck turns into a little treasure trove for fashion lovers. Every Wednesday from 2.00 to 5.00 pm., every Thursday from 9.00 to 11.00 am. and every last Saturday of the month from 9.30 am. to 5.00 pm., the Open Wardrobe opens its doors, offering stylish secondhand clothing to browse, try on, and take home. Sustainable, affordable, and full of charm – here everyone can find their new favorite piece!

The bells are ringing all over the year but never as lovely and comforting as during Christmas. Maybe it’s the special atmosphere or the wonderful memories that let us love the Christmastime, but also the Christmas bells spread the magic – it’s simply the happiest time of the year. Sterzing in the north of Southtyrol is surrounded by the beautiful sound of ringing bells in all its forms and sounds. The hollow and smooth sound of the church bells, or even the friendly bells of local cows and farm animals – every bell has his own importance. Christmas in Sterzing is all about joyful bells with their warming sounds.

The Merano Christmas Market provides a magical atmosphere, with daily
concerts, children’s entertainment, local customs and handicrafts. There are other Christmas markets in Merano and Environs too, offering textiles, jewelry, ceramics, glass and wooden objects. Closed on 25th December.

The Bressanone Christmas Market has been held for over 30 years. Weekly market in Auer. Every Wednesday morning on Heinrich Lona Platz.

Local and seasonal, straight from the producer. Farmers from the surrounding area bring their own farm produce to the Brixen old town centre. Depending on the season, fresh fruit and vegetables, dairy products, eggs, flowers, honey, homemade jams and pasta sauces, refined distillates and organically grown herbs as well as wooden handicrafts are offered on Wednesdays and Saturdays.

From April to October, local associations prepare fresh tirtln (fried stuffed pastry) on site on a weekly basis. This means that every Saturday is also a culinary experience.

This market has been a popular, lively meeting place for locals and guests for 30 years.

Producers from the area offer their local and handmade products for tasting and for sale. Seasonal fruits and vegetables, bread, meat and sausage products, honey and jams, Liquors and juices, wood carvings and much more are offered.

The weekly market in Laives offers a large selection of clothing as well as South Tyrolean specialities such as vegetables, fruit, bread and bacon. Every Thursday from 8.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon, you have the opportunity to stroll through the Via Kennedy in the section between the junction with Via Pietralba and the junction with Via Galizia. If Thursday is a public holiday, the market will take place on Wednesday.

Spruce honey, herbal salts, bath scents, calendula cream, fluffy slippers, potatoes, pumpkins, "Tirschtlan" (local specialty), pine and juniper liquor, cheese, cherry pie, rye bread, bacon, cranberry jelly ... we can do? Almost anything you can get in the small market.

The local group of Barbian invites you to an atmospheric Advent evening at the picturesque Panorama Bridge. Large Friday market on Fridays, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. on the Piazzale Prader square and along Via Andreas Hofer and Via Mainardo up to the crossing with via Otto Huber. Various market stalls with clothes, shoes, leather goods, plants, foods like bread, sausages and meat products etc.

On weekends and holidays, the village square of Kastelruth transforms into a charming Christmas world.
At eight lovingly decorated stalls, you’ll find mulled wine, delicious Christmas cookies, handcrafted decorations, jams, wooden crafts, and much more.

Live music creates a festive atmosphere, filling the square with Christmas sounds. Even the little visitors are not forgotten: right next to the Christmas market, the ice skating rink is open daily.

The church square sparkles in christmas lights, soft Christmas music and the smell of mulled wine and fresh pastries wafts through the air - on Friday, November 29th, it's finally time: the Algund Christmas Market opens its doors.

18 stalls and two food stands are eagerly waiting to sweeten your Advent season with regional crafts, hot drinks, and traditional dishes. The diverse offerings will be rounded off with musical performances, a show kitchen on Saturday evening, the large gingerbread house from the Tauber bakery, a children's program, and of course, the ever-popular ice skating rink.

Authentic and Traditional – The Ritten Christmas Market. The Ritten Christmas Market enchants visitors with beautifully decorated stalls, high-quality handicrafts, atmospheric music, and local specialties. A varied programme of events and children’s activities makes a visit to the Ritten Christmas Train Market (Rittner Christbahnl) an unforgettable experience, turning the Advent and Christmas season into something truly special. The Ritten Christmas Train Market at the Oberbozen railway station, in the historic Plattner Beekeeping Museum in Wolfsgruben, and in the village centre of Klobenstein is open during Advent and Christmas time on Fridays from 2 p.m. and on Saturdays and Sundays from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. The Ritten Railway connects the three locations every 30 minutes. On all opening days: Nativity scene exhibition at the historic Plattner Farm in Wolfsgruben. On Saturdays and Sundays: Horse-drawn carriage rides from Klobenstein station to the village centre, introductory pony riding, and llama and pony walks in Oberbozen.
