The evening at Palazzo Cavanis in Venice, organized by the Sexten Tourism Association together with the company Holzius, is inspired by the Biennale Architettura 2025. ALPS. ARCHITECTURE. SOUTH TYROL. is an exhibition project by Kunst Meran, created in collaboration with the South Tyrol Architecture Foundation and the South Tyrol Artists' Association, and curated by Filippo Bricolo. The exhibition will be on display at Palazzo Cavanis in Venice until 23rd November 2025. It presents a comprehensive overview of the architectural development process in South Tyrol between 2018 and 2024, recounting the region's recent architectural history and reflecting the ongoing transformations of the Alpine built environment. The exhibition project is generously supported by the Autonomous Province of Bolzano – Departments of German Culture, Italian Culture and Ladin Culture – and by the Sparkasse Foundation.

Every Friday, from the beginning of April to mid-October, farmers from the Sterzing area offer their local quality products at the farmers' market. At the market in the town square of Sterzing, people meet for the weekly purchase of local South Tyrolean products or for a "glass of wine". The varied offer ranges from traditional bacon and “Kaminwurzen” , fresh and smoked trout, cheese and yogurt specialties, homemade bread, organic wines, herbs, honey, eggs to homemade juices and fresh vegetables. Locals and guests have appreciated the market for over a decade now.
Tip: Do not miss the delicious “Krapfen and Tirtler” of the Wipptaler farmers' wives!

The village square of Kastelruth is blooming with peasant life.
The farmer's market is an attractive way to get a mix of regional products and delicacies. The market is a perfect opportunity to spend the morning strolling through the alleys and buying local produce. Here you can find everything from fresh vegetables & fruits, bacon, cheese to various organic herbal products. Many stalls sell locally made products that are unique and distinctive to the region.
Large Friday market on Fridays, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. on the Piazzale Prader square and along Via Andreas Hofer and Via Mainardo up to the crossing with via Otto Huber. Various market stalls with clothes, shoes, leather goods, plants, foods like bread, sausages and meat products etc.

Every Saturday, from 8 o'clock, the farmers' market takes place in Sarentino at the church place.
Fresh products such as salads, vegetables, eggs, cakes, doughnuts and juices are on offer.
Every Saturday morning from 7:30 a.m. until midday, you can buy fresh, seasonal fruit and vegetables, as well as homemade honey, directly from local farmers and producers. The farmers' market is located on Via Pietralba in the centre of Laives.

In a matter of fact South Tyrol enjoys of a very good reputation as far as the production of quality products is concerned. Thanks to the accurate cultivation methods and the strict hygenic regulations there is no doubt that these goods are of the highest quality and of the best taste.

Local and seasonal, straight from the producer. Farmers from the surrounding area bring their own farm produce to the Brixen old town centre. Depending on the season, fresh fruit and vegetables, dairy products, eggs, flowers, honey, homemade jams and pasta sauces, refined distillates and organically grown herbs as well as wooden handicrafts are offered on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
From April to October, local associations prepare fresh tirtln (fried stuffed pastry) on site on a weekly basis. This means that every Saturday is also a culinary experience.

The traditional Brenner market takes place every 5th and 20th of the month throughout the year. If this day falls on a Sunday or public holiday, then the market takes place on Saturday before.
