Fresh vegetables and fruits, eggs, spices, cheese, honey, wine, juice….and many more quality products cultivated and produced in Kaltern are being sold from 8 am to noon on the Square of the town. Come by and experience the taste of nature.
All these products have been produced and are being sold by the local farmers themselves.
In a matter of fact South Tyrol enjoys of a very good reputation as far as the production of quality products is concerned. Thanks to the accurate cultivation methods and the strict hygenic regulations there is no doubt that these goods are of the highest quality and of the best taste.
The Merano Christmas Market provides a magical atmosphere, with daily
concerts, children’s entertainment, local customs and handicrafts. There are other Christmas markets in Merano and Environs too, offering textiles, jewelry, ceramics, glass and wooden objects. Closed on 25th December.

This is precisely why a visit to the Bruneck Christmas Market during the Advent season is an absolute must. The festive anticipation can be felt throughout the entire town. Lovingly decorated stalls invite visitors to browse through handicrafts, sweet treats, handmade decorations, and culinary delights. And with a cup of mulled wine, a winter evening can be pleasantly rounded off in good company.
Lights and Christmas atmospheres transform Bolzano into the Christmas capital. The iconic Christmas Market takes place in Walther Square and Viale Stazione, in the Christmas Park from via dell’Isarco to the Parco dei Cappuccini, in many streets of the historic center, and in many other locations, which become meeting places for those who love the enchanting pre-Christmas atmosphere.

Every Wednesday between 8.30 am to 12.30 am, the pedestrian zone and Peter-Glückh-Platz in Malles/Mals bustle with activity. Fresh local produce, such as fruit, berries and vegetables, cheeses, bacon and bread types, jam, vinegar, juices and herbal teas, are always available for sale at the market. There are also craft and handicraft products made of stone, wood or felt for sale, as well as textiles, leather goods, plants, and equipment of all kinds for house and garden.
From June to September, the market is held together with the farmers' market in the pedestrian zone, where producers from the area offer bacon and cheese, fruit and vegetables. The surrounding guesthouses and restaurants offer special dishes to the respective market focus.

Market street and farmers’ market
A wide range of regional products, craftsmanship, gift ideas, culinary specialties, and FORST gadgets.

Local and seasonal, straight from the producer. Farmers from the surrounding area bring their own farm produce to the Brixen old town centre. Depending on the season, fresh fruit and vegetables, dairy products, eggs, flowers, honey, homemade jams and pasta sauces, refined distillates and organically grown herbs as well as wooden handicrafts are offered on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
From April to October, local associations prepare fresh tirtln (fried stuffed pastry) on site on a weekly basis. This means that every Saturday is also a culinary experience.
This market has been a popular, lively meeting place for locals and guests for 30 years.
Producers from the area offer their local and handmade products for tasting and for sale. Seasonal fruits and vegetables, bread, meat and sausage products, honey and jams, Liquors and juices, wood carvings and much more are offered.
The weekly market in Laives offers a large selection of clothing as well as South Tyrolean specialities such as vegetables, fruit, bread and bacon.
Every Thursday from 8.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon, you have the opportunity to stroll through the Via Kennedy in the section between the junction with Via Pietralba and the junction with Via Galizia. If Thursday is a public holiday, the market will take place on Wednesday.

A contemplative village stroll if desired, enjoying wine and fine treats in festive garb, embedded in culinary traditions with both old customs and new practices that will join them. A celebration of joy, sharing, and community, surrounded by music and hospitality in the heart of Kaltern.

The Tyrolean Advent in the Castle will be taking place in the historic ambience of Tyrol Castle. Tyrol Castle provides an atmospheric backdrop for a genuine South Tyrolean Christmas experience. Local exhibitors will present traditional handicrafts such as felting, pottery, turning, spinning, braiding, dyeing and the production of ceramics or jewelry in the castle's rooms.
There will be a well-balanced program of events for visitors every day during Advent in the Castle: whilst crackling fires make for a cozy atmosphere, food stands will offer traditional dishes, baked goods and drinks. The Christmas market will also be attended by choirs and music groups, and there will also be all kinds of entertainment for children.
The Christmas Village opens its doors on all four Advent weekends, from 28/11 to 23/12/2025 from Friday to Sunday. Candle after candle form a luminous path through the winding alleys. The flair of bygone eras emanates from every corner and the romantic old town becomes a very special backdrop for a very special Christmas market thanks to its natural and authentic decorations.
At the Christmas village in Klausen, the stalls are hidden behind fir branches and in old cellars, where you can buy local products. And there will also be plenty of culinary offerings as well as an extensive program.

At eight lovingly decorated stalls, you’ll find mulled wine, delicious Christmas cookies, handcrafted decorations, jams, wooden crafts, and much more.
Live music creates a festive atmosphere, filling the square with Christmas sounds. Even the little visitors are not forgotten: right next to the Christmas market, the ice skating rink is open daily.
