Gries, the historic part of the town of Bolzano/Bozen, with roots in Roman times, was once an independent municipality and is one of the treasures of Bolzano/Bozen. Our hotel is located directly on the idyllic Grieser Platz, a listed group of constructions.
The remarkable ornamentation on the borders of buildings and the rural character of the former spa of Gries emanate a special charm. In the Middle Ages, the counts of Bolzano/Bozen settled in Gries and built their castle here.
Particularly worth seeing is the Benedictine
