From Niederrasen (Pfaffingerhöfe) > following the edge of the woods (Dorfrundweg) > Jagdhaus > on the asphaltic road (mark n. 3) down to Oberrasen > back to Niederrasen along the river.

From Niederrasen > Camping Corones > foresty road in the woods > Neunhäusern.

Caution: use the path under the bridge of the statal road.

On this wintry hike along a section of the Steinegg Ridgeway, you will pass through forests to beautiful viewpoints with fantastic views of the Rosengarten and Schlern mountains. After about half of the circular hike, you come to the Oberölgart alpine hut - a nice place to stop for a bite to eat and drink, even in winter. Via a tarred road with very little traffic, you come to a very idyllic chapel in the middle of the forest, the ‘Kaserer Bild’ chapel. Continue along the tarred road through the woods to the starting point.

Inform yourself in advance about the opening hours and closing days of the Oberölgart alpine hut in winter.

Beautiful high-altitude hike along the narrow Schafsteig | Vial de le Feide trail below the Rosengarten with breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding Dolomite mountains, the Val di Fassa valley and the Eggental valley.

From Niederrasen > passing the church > continue on the asphaltic road on the edge of the woods (mark n. 20) > Oberstallerhöfe > path of return following mark n. 5 > Oberrasen.

From Niederrasen to Oberrasen > along the river > Bad Salomonsbrunn (5 km).

From Antholz Niedertal > passed the church > Maierhöfe (Pfaffingerhof) > Wiesemannhof > Ausserweger sawmill > Antholz Mittertal and lastly back to Antholz Niedertal on the main road.

This hike can also be started from Antholz Mittertal!

From Antholz Niedertal > path n. 15 to the Dörfl > Nösslerhof > Berghotel Johanneshof > and back on the main road to the starting point. 

A pleasant walk to relax and simply enjoy life in a quite area on Seiser Alm. This route offers  a breathtaking view of the Schlern/Sciliar mountain, almost within hand’s reach from the Spitzbühl, and leads onwards over endless alpine meadows back to the starting point.

From Antholz Mittertal > Riederhof > Müllerkofel trail > Nösslerhof > forest path 500 m in direction Antholz Niedertal (not path n. 1) > forest path back to Antholz Mittertal until crossing trail "Geißsteig" > Burgegger mill > Riederhof > path n. 1 > Camping Antholz/Hofer > path n. 11 (Franzosensteig) > Antholz Mittertal.

From Camping Corones > on the "Dorfrundweg Rasen" slightly uphills to the road Redensberg > downwards and turning left up to the "Jagdhaus" > turning right until reaching a bar > continue on the edge of the woods reaching the barbecue area > cross the main road > path to the river > along the river back to Oberrasen or Niederrasen.

There are so many highlights of the Star Village of Steinegg|Collepietra to discover on this varied & family-friendly hike, even in winter - you walk past the open-air exhibition at the Pstosser Bühl, at the Mountain Cinema near the Biohotel Steineggerhof there are great views of the mountains Schlern|Sciliar and Rosengarten|Catinaccio, the small chapel ‘Zum Weißen Bild’ is on the wayside, you can admire the earth pyramids of Steinegg|Collepietra from afar and you also pass the Rocket Tree House for children in the forest adventure zone "Öl".

You will find refreshment stops in the centre of Steinegg|Collepietra.

Easy hike through woods and meadows to the farms of Ameto which are located in a beautiful panoramic position.

The vast, gently undulating plateau of volcanic origin lying between Welschnofen and Tiers is covered with magnificent fir woods and dotted with large pastures, each one providing grazing in the summer. The rural landscape and its functions are easy to make out and perfectly preserved.The itinerary is long enough to get a good understanding of the structure of the landscape, which follows the morphology of the land. Mount Rosengarten, between the Karerpass, Tireser Alpl and Valley Fassatal, is a rugged, craggy crest with a number of peaks reaching an altitude of 3,000 metres: Kesselkogel, Rosengarten, Cima Scalieret, Vajolet-Türme und Rotwand.

Not only when the Alpine roses are in bloom (approx. early-July) does the area around the Tallner Alm offer a wonderful countryside experience in the heart of the Alpine mountain formations and pastures which have been shaped by local agriculture.

The adventure trail takes you past the farmed Moarhofalm until shortly before the upper Grünbachalm uphill on the forest road and the last section on the well-marked hiking trail to Grünbachsee.
Except for a few possible shortcuts, the same way back.

Family-friendly hike to the Bauhoff Inn, located above the village of Uttenheim, at 1000 m altitude.

The village circular route of Aicha is an easy hike. From the starting point, the church of Aicha, simply follow the sign "Dorfrundweg".

Gentle, buggy-friendly promenade walk on the southern slopes of Bolzano

The walk near the city provides visitors with countless breath-taking views and can be recommended at all times of the year. Even in deepest winter there are plenty of opportunities for observing nature, as the local microclimate ensures that it is exceptionally mild here throughout the year. We’re always surrounded by a thriving natural environment and, although the promenade is artificially laid out and has been landscaped in many places, this is nevertheless a retreat where unspoilt nature can be enjoyed.

Children need constant change and are always looking for adventure. The Ahrntaler Sonnenwege (sunny trails) and especially its Ahrntaler Hexensteig (Witch’s trail) is the ideal spot to give families such exciting adventures. It starts at Mühlegg/Costa Molini from where you walk to the rushing Frankbachwasserfall (waterfalls). Continue on and pass an old millstone which tells us a little about the farm life of long ago. You then get to some rocks which are ideal for children looking for adventure and who want to test their climbing skills. The very brave children may even dare to enter into the bear cave and walk through the 20 m long underground tunnel where they will have to pass the witch’s big chair and a wooden carved family of bears before reaching the end of their hiking destination – the family friendly Bizathütte (lodge) which welcomes you with its mountain restaurant.

Peak with a panoramic view of the surrounding mountains. From the Braies lake turn right until the “Riedlhof” and continuing on the path until you reach “Casera Nuova/Kasern”. Further on a small path up to the “Forcella di Braies/Pragser Furkel” and continue on the steep trail, over rugged terrain, until you reach the top of the mountain. Walking time: 3,5 hours Sign-post: no. 20, no. 61, no 61A Challenge: very demanding

From Antholz Niedertal > crossing the river to the Walderhöfe > slightly downwards to Bad Salomonsbrunn > return on path n. 1 to the starting point.
