Farmers' market in the centre of the village of Seis am Schlern at the O.v.Wolkenstein square. Local farmers sell their products such as vegetables, fruit, cheese, juices and many other things.

With our guide Helmuth, we start from the village square and hike along the Gornegg path to the Unterfinserhof farm in Novale. Once there, we tour the farm and begin baking bread. Under expert guidance, we bake traditional bread and create our own creations. Afterwards, we enjoy a delicious lunch where we can taste our freshly baked bread. A day full of nature and culinary delights awaits us.

Locally produced products simply taste better! Fresh vegetables and fruits, eggs, spices, cheese, honey, wine, juice….and many more quality products cultivated and produced in Kaltern are being sold from 8 am to noon on the Square of the town. Come by and experience the taste of nature. All these products have been produced and are being sold by the local farmers themselves. In a matter of fact South Tyrol enjoys of a very good reputation as far as the production of quality products is concerned. Thanks to the accurate cultivation methods and the strict hygenic regulations there is no doubt that these goods are of the highest quality and of the best taste.

The weapons for Castle Karneid|Cornedo were once forged here. Today, wines of strong character are produced here. And they play by the rules of nature. You can find out more secrets about the Pitzner winery and the special philosophy of the two young winemakers during a wine tasting in the new vinotheque and learn exciting facts about the process from grape to fine wine. This short wine journey will take you from juicy white wines to full-bodied reds. Wine tastings are possible during the opening hours of the Enothek from Monday to Friday (except public holidays) between 9 am and 12 noon and between 2 pm and 6 pm. Every Wednesday we meet us in the farm of the Schildhof Obergereuth. Together we prepare South Tyrolean bread with spices and wheat from our farm. While the dough is rising and resting, we visit our mill from 1831. The bread and three recipes are taken home. The 17th edition of the legendary Wine Cellar Night will take place in the central part of the South Tyrolean Wine Road. Wineries, wine estates and distilleries along the South Tyrolean Wine Road in the wine villages of Appiano and Caldaro al Lago will open the doors to their treasure. The imposing cellar vaults will be the setting for a wine experiences from 5 pm to midnight. Winegrowers talk with their guests; culinary highlights and music make the evening a very special experience. The Wine Cellar Night celebrate the art of South Tyrolean wine, winegrowers and cellar masters and their excellent wines. The specially organised shuttle service, which takes guests from winery to winery, ensured unadulterated wine enjoyment and a cosy summer evening.
