Come and delve into a real-life wine experience at the bio farm Rielinger. The wine farmer will give you a tour of the vineyard, explaining the different grapes and their cultivation. We cultivate the white wine varieties Blatterle, Müller Thurgau, Kerner and Riesling as well as the red wines Schiava and Zweigelt. After the vineyard tour you’ll hit the cellar where we show you how the wine is fermented and aged. At the end of the tour of course you may taste our in-house wines. Every Friday from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m., the farmers' market takes place on the town hall square in Nalles/Nals with fresh produce from farmers in Sirmian/Sirmiano and Nals/Nalles.

The Plonerhof winery in Marling invites you to an exclusive wine tasting and cellar tour every Friday at 3:00 PM, year-round (except during harvest). In the cellar, the secrets of winemaking will be revealed. Finally, the wine tasting completes this unique experience. At the Plonerhof winery, a variety of wines are produced on steep vineyard rows with inclines of up to 40%. The house’s cuvées are especially impressive, standing out for their unique diversity and the combination of exceptional grapes. The winery is located in a unique position, where the interplay of climate, soil, and the mountain ranges around Merano creates ideal conditions for viticulture. The weekly market takes place on the Lacus place in Laces. There you will find regional products, fruit and vegetables as well as clothing.

To find out what has remained of this tradition, what winegrowing in the abbey’s vineyards involves today and the philosophy on which it is based, come on a vineyard tour. We’ll not only tell you all about Neustift winegrowing but also serve you its products. The tour of the vineyards together with the following wine tasting takes about 90 minutes in all. And lasts for longer. Participation in the vineyard tour is only possible with prior registration. The traditional Brenner market takes place every 5th and 20th of the month throughout the year. If this day falls on a Sunday or public holiday, then the market takes place on Saturday before. At the market stalls many different interesting things, such as clothing, utensils and goodies for snacking are waiting. The market takes place every summer from 8.30 to 14.30 During the winter months, it opens from 9.00 to 14:00

A wonderful evening entirely dedicated to Caldaro’s white wines. Fresh, fruity, with nuances going from greenish to bright yellow and hints of apple, banana or pineapple. South Tyrolean white wines are amongst Italy’s best wines. A unique occasion to taste the very best of South Tyrolean’s wine road. Through a “blind tasting” a jury of experts and wine connoisseurs carefully chooses the wines which will be presented during this event. Sight, smell and taste – these are the three senses that will be the leading characters of this wonderful summer evening.

Our events combines music and enjoyment in the village centre. Visitors can also expect a tasting of alpine and mediterranean delicacies during a traditional concert by our local music bands.

In addition to showcasing traditional products, there are opportunities to taste and purchase a variety of specialties. During a herbal walk, we learn about the most important local plants and their uses. We then make a tincture and an oil extract with plant material under instruction. We then use these extracts to make various products together (e.g. lip balm, insect bite roller, ointment ...). Afterwards, the participants can take home 1 product of each of the treasures they have made (with the corresponding instructions for production and recipe). Our events is entirely dedicated to the Tyrolean sounds of our local music bands. On some evenings, visitors can also enjoy performances by our traditional Bavarian folk dance, folk dance groups and the men's choir.

Activities with the ambassadors of the Ladin tradition. A fascinating journey into the world of traditional cheesemaking. The tour begins with a visit to the farm, an authentic place where history and tradition come to life. Guests will then experience the art of cheesemaking in an award-winning dairy, observing the different stages of production and exploring the facilities where this exceptional product is crafted. The experience ends with a delicious tasting of handcrafted cheeses, offering a true taste of the mountains. A must-do for those who appreciate tradition and authentic flavors! From 25 June to 06 August, the Nives Square in Selva will host the traditions and tastes market, where you can admire the beauty of local handicrafts and taste and purchase regional delicacies.

A variety of medicinal plants, wild, flowering and aromatic herbs thrive in the mountain herb garden at the "Wiesenhof" in Pawigl. During a guided tour of the show garden, you will learn how they are used and what effect they have on the human body. In addition to medicinal teas, tinctures and ointments, these valuable natural resources can be used to make tasty wild herb delicacies, which you can enjoy with the group after the tour. Did you know that wild plants are bursting with vitamins and minerals? On a short hike with herbalist Rosi, learn what wild herbs are all about and collect a wide variety of seasonal herbs, which are then creatively processed in a workshop. The guided tour will be in German and Italian.
