We invite you to the speciality weeks in spring that take place from 29th May to 9th June 2025 in different restaurants in the valley.
In cooperation with Slow Food Travel, the restaurants welcome you with traditional delicacies typical of Villnöss valley. The dishes have been reinterpreted and refined; the focus is on regional products and local herbs as well as our special spring aperitif.
This initiative aims to intensify the cooperation between local farmers and gastronomy with local products and to strengthen local cycles.
