When the scent of freshly baked bread drifts over Obergummer, it can only mean one thing: it's baking day again at the Untereggerhof. Gottfried, the farmer and host, fires up the old stone oven and takes you on a little journey back to a time when baking bread was still pure craftsmanship – done by hand, with heart and tradition. From mid-May to early October, you can join in every second Friday to watch how flour, water and years of experience come together to form a crusty farmhouse loaf. And who knows – Gottfried might even share one or two secrets of his recipe with you. Of course, there’s also a tasting: oven-warm, fragrant and wonderfully simple – this is what South Tyrol tastes like, one bite at a time.

Learn how to prepare the perfect Kaiserschmarrn! In our cooking class, Alexandra from Lechnerhof farm will guide you step by step in creating this delicious sweet specialty of Tyrolean cuisine. After preparing it, you can enjoy your freshly made Kaiserschmarrn, served with a drink of your choice. A sweet experience you won’t want to miss!

Soaring through the air, enjoying a 6-course menu in a state-of-the-art cable car and looking at the impressive panoramic view of the Sesto Dolomites. In Niederolang, the traditional "Pfarrlinga Kirschta" will be celebrated on July 5th and 6th – a festival full of tradition, music, dance, and conviviality. The festivities begin on the evening of July 5th with a lively atmosphere, delicious food, and captivating music. On the morning of July 6th, a solemn procession passes through the village, followed in the afternoon by a festive parade of participating brass bands, creating a vibrant and melodic highlight. A must-see event for everyone who wants to experience the rich traditions of Niederolang up close.

Every first Saturday of the month, musicians from all over the valley come together in Martinerhof's Brauhaus to make music and celebrate together. Anyone who is in a good mood, plays an instrument or is in good voice can join in.

The traditional Brenner market takes place every 5th and 20th of the month throughout the year. If this day falls on a Sunday or public holiday, then the market takes place on Saturday before. At the market stalls many different interesting things, such as clothing, utensils and goodies for snacking are waiting.
