Together with beekeeper Michael you will open a beehive at one of his traveling stands, watch the watch the busy little bees at work and learn learn all kinds of interesting facts about them. The crowning glory is a tasting of various honey of various honey products. Photographs and videos may be taken at the event for the purpose of documenting and promoting the event and the area. Immerse yourself in the fascinating world of viticulture on a guided tour of the vineyard and cellar. On request, you can also be served a platter of regional specialties. Winegrowing has been a tradition at the Hillepranterhof for generations. Since 2021, winemaker Lukas has been processing the grapes directly on the estate and marketing his wines independently. Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Vernatsch and Pinot Noir grow on the slopes of the vineyard. The Pinot Noir is a real highlight and embodies the unique character of the terroir.
