Every Friday, herbal experts Sieglinde, Renate and Maria organise outdoor workshops along the herb promenade in Welschnofen | Nova Levante. The topics of the workshops are as varied as nature itself and vary from week to week. The weekend from the 26th to 27th of July, the traditional village festival called "Kalterer Marktfest" takes place in Kaltern. A festival in the whole city centre with music and dishes for everyone.

On the mountain Astjoch there will celebrated a Mass (in german language) with the music band of Kiens/Chienes starting at 11.30 a.m.

Would you like to discover new and delicious Ladin recipes with a chef in a mountain hut in the unique setting of the Dolomites? Each participant will prepare a typical dish with the chef and then taste it. Today you will learn how to prepare the typical "cütles da pom", typical apple fritters. Our events is entirely dedicated to the Tyrolean sounds of our local music bands. In addition, visitors can also expect performances by our local Bavarian folk dance and folk dance groups on some evenings.

The Schützenkapelle Pichl organizes the eventing festival "Feiroumd Feschtl" in the sports zone in Val Casies Valley/Colle. Food and drinks are provided.

The local traditions in Mölten have also a lot to do with culinary delights. The feast of the "Canederli" is a real attraction both for the locals as well as the visitors. The farm folk will delight you with various "Canederli" recipes made from left-over bread dumplings, both salty and sweet.

Every Friday, Elisabeth, the farmer's wife from Schildhof Obergereuth, rolls dumplings! The boss of the Hofkaffee invites you to a dumpling cooking course and reveals tips and tricks to ensure that the classic South Tyrolean holiday dish is a success. You'll find out whether it tastes good when you eat together. The cost includes the cookery course, recipes, lunch and a small surprise in the farm shop. Experience the beauty of classical music in the morning with a unique concert by Trio Arioso consisting of: Sabine Ranigler - soprano, Roberto Gander - clarinet and Giulio Garbin on the piano. This unique experience in an unusual setting is rounded off with a delicious brunch. After the concert, there will be an opportunity to visit the exhibition on the subject of "Vaia". The village of Laas is known for its marble quarry, which attracts artists and students from many countries. But it is also known for its organic products such as fruit and vegetables and especially its juicy apricots. The Marble Village combines both at the "Marmor&Marillen" festival, with a beautiful market, food stands, live music, children's programme and where artists and sculptors exhibit their works. For more than 20 years, this cultural and fun festival has brought visitors closer to the ancient traditions of fruit growing and marble extraction in Laas.
