Producers from the area offer their local and handmade products for tasting and for sale. Seasonal fruits and vegetables, bread, meat and sausage products, honey and jams, Liquors and juices, wood carvings and much more are offered.

During the Advent season, the Christmas stand in Neu-Vadena is opened on certain days by the local associations, serving mulled wine, hot dishes, sweets and more.

Christmas magic with a colorful program of events in Laag near Neumarkt.

The Margreid Lantern Advent invites you to enjoy the pre-Christmas season in an atmospheric setting. Mulled wine stands, an idyllic Christmas forest and lovingly designed lanterns decorating the streets and houses give Margreid a special Christmas glow.
A highlight is the Krampus run on 5 December, accompanied by St. Nicholas, who gives gifts to the children. Musical performances, Advent stories and culinary delights create a festive atmosphere for young and old alike.
On 23 December, the traditional charity mulled wine stand invites you to enjoy music and community spirit – and the most beautiful lantern decoration of the year is also awarded a prize.

Along the way, our different types of beer will be tasted and explained. The guided tour will be in Italian.

The weapons for Castle Karneid|Cornedo were once forged here. Today, wines of strong character are produced here. And they play by the rules of nature. You can find out more secrets about the Pitzner winery and the special philosophy of the two young winemakers during a wine tasting in the new vinotheque and learn exciting facts about the process from grape to fine wine. This short wine journey will take you from juicy white wines to full-bodied reds. Wine tastings are possible during the opening hours of the Enothek from Monday to Friday (except public holidays) between 9 am and 12 noon and between 2 pm and 6 pm. Locally produced products simply taste better!
Fresh vegetables and fruits, eggs, spices, cheese, honey, wine, juice….and many more quality products cultivated and produced in Kaltern are being sold from 8 am to noon on the Square of the town. Come by and experience the taste of nature.
All these products have been produced and are being sold by the local farmers themselves.
In a matter of fact South Tyrol enjoys of a very good reputation as far as the production of quality products is concerned. Thanks to the accurate cultivation methods and the strict hygenic regulations there is no doubt that these goods are of the highest quality and of the best taste.

Sterzing in the north of Southtyrol is surrounded by the beautiful sound of ringing bells in all its forms and sounds. A nighttime adventure you shouldn’t miss in winter!

At the Allriss Hut in the Pflersch Valley, you can enjoy moonlit tobogganing with friends and soak up the unique atmosphere of the winter mountains. Since the toboggan run is not illuminated, we recommend bringing a headlamp.

You can reach the mountain hut on foot in about 1 hour from St. Anton (Pflersch Valley).

The Allriss Hut is open every Tuesday and Friday until 10:00 p.m. (hot meals served until 8:00 p.m.).

Since its opening, the ice rink in the centre of Schenna has enjoyed great popularity. Anyone who wants to take to the ice is in exactly the right place in Schenna. The 12x30 metre artificial ice rink offers locals and guests the chance to do their laps on the shiny surface right in the village centre. Skates and helmets can be rented. Local and seasonal, straight from the producer. Farmers from the surrounding area bring their own farm produce to the Brixen old town centre. Depending on the season, fresh fruit and vegetables, dairy products, eggs, flowers, honey, homemade jams and pasta sauces, refined distillates and organically grown herbs as well as wooden handicrafts are offered on Wednesdays and Saturdays.

From April to October, local associations prepare fresh tirtln (fried stuffed pastry) on site on a weekly basis. This means that every Saturday is also a culinary experience.

This market has been a popular, lively meeting place for locals and guests for 30 years.

Every Wednesday between 8.30 am to 12.30 am, the pedestrian zone and Peter-Glückh-Platz in Malles/Mals bustle with activity. Fresh local produce, such as fruit, berries and vegetables, cheeses, bacon and bread types, jam, vinegar, juices and herbal teas, are always available for sale at the market. There are also craft and handicraft products made of stone, wood or felt for sale, as well as textiles, leather goods, plants, and equipment of all kinds for house and garden.

From June to September, the market is held together with the farmers' market in the pedestrian zone, where producers from the area offer bacon and cheese, fruit and vegetables. The surrounding guesthouses and restaurants offer special dishes to the respective market focus.

Every Thursday, you are warmly invited to join us for an enjoyable guided tour of the winery and cellar. For a limited number of visitors, we open up the old, historic cellar located seven meters underground, providing you with unique insights into our daily work at the winery and much more... The tour is followed by a tasting session, featuring five wines from our portfolio. Reservations by Wednesday 5 p.m. Price per person: Euro 20.

The Franz Gojer winery is a small family business whose history begins in the heart of the traditional St. Magdalen wine-growing area on the northern sides of Bolzano. In 2007, the family bought a second farm in Karneid in order to also offer white wine in the assortment. A large cellar was also built in Karneid, where all the production of the wines now takes place, as well as an architecturally interesting tasting room. During a wine tasting, you will learn more about the history of the Gojer family as well as their work throughout the year and taste the wines full of character, which unmistakably demonstrate their origin.
