Via the Bergerweg we finally reach the Rastlhof and after a cosy stop for refreshments we walk back down to St. Georgen. From the starting point you are free to decide whether to return on foot or by bus. Of course, a Törggelemenü and hearty music are not to be missed! Local and seasonal, straight from the producer. Farmers from the surrounding area bring their own farm produce to the Brixen old town centre. Depending on the season, fresh fruit and vegetables, dairy products, eggs, flowers, honey, homemade jams and pasta sauces, refined distillates and organically grown herbs as well as wooden handicrafts are offered on Wednesdays and Saturdays. From April to October, local associations prepare fresh tirtln (fried stuffed pastry) on site on a weekly basis. This means that every Saturday is also a culinary experience. This market has been a popular, lively meeting place for locals and guests for 30 years.

Chestnut farmers and Törggele businesses will roast chestnuts along the Chestnut Trail throughout the month of October. At the Chestnut Trail/Frühaufhof in Barbian, starting Saturday, October 4, every Saturday and Sunday until October 26, from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM

The weekly market on the town hall square in Naturno, from 8:00 to approx. 13:00. From leather goods, shoes and clothing to plants and typical farm products (bacon, cheese), there is something for everyone. The weekly market is a meeting place for all those who like to browse and enjoy.

Naturno has made a name for itself as a market town in recent years; the much-visited and popular weekly market on Saturdays has become indispensable for locals and holidaymakers alike, and attracts many visitors to the village. The "Kirchtigmarkt" is one of the three annual markets where up to 55 stallholders offer their goods.

Every Monday from beginning of March to Mid-December, immerse yourself in the world of liqueurs and enjoy a unique tasting experience at Bruggerhof in Marling. Markus will take you on a culinary journey where you can discover the distinctive and high-quality liqueurs crafted at Bruggerhof. First mentioned in writing in 1579, the estate is steeped in history and tradition. What began as a hobby has been perfected by Markus over more than 25 years of passionate work. Supported by his son Elias, who brings expertise in cellar management and product processing, the Bruggerhof produces natural liqueurs that captivate with their unmistakable flavors. The tasting takes place in the former cattle stable, which has been transformed into a cozy tasting room. In this unique atmosphere, enjoy a variety of creations that reflect the passion and dedication of the Gamper family. The Gamper family looks forward to welcoming you! Autumn is the time for Törggelen! “Törggelen” comes from the Latin word “torculum”, which means “winepress”. The fragrant smell of roasted chestnuts is truly special, and something which characterises autumn time. People meet together to enjoy Tyrolean specialities and the delicious chestnuts, of course. Innkeepers, farmers, artisans and artists all proffer their wares on Raiffeisenplatz market square, so there’s plenty to see.

In Schenna, South Tyrol's "fifth season" is celebrated with the Törggele afternoons at the Raiffeisen Square. Various stalls offer South Tyrolean specialities to taste and buy. Come and delve into a real-life wine experience at the bio farm Rielinger. The wine farmer will give you a tour of the vineyard, explaining the different grapes and their cultivation. We cultivate the white wine varieties Blatterle, Müller Thurgau, Kerner and Riesling as well as the red wines Schiava and Zweigelt. After the vineyard tour you’ll hit the cellar where we show you how the wine is fermented and aged. At the end of the tour of course you may taste our in-house wines. The weekly market takes place on the Lacus place in Laces. There you will find regional products, fruit and vegetables as well as clothing.

The talented AS Merano figure skaters are sure to take your breath away – promising an unforgettable experience. The Schenna ice skating rink is open to the public until 4 pm enabling you to make a few turns of your own (rental skates available).

You can find out more secrets about the Pitzner winery and the special philosophy of the two young winemakers during a wine tasting in the new vinotheque and learn exciting facts about the process from grape to fine wine. This short wine journey will take you from juicy white wines to full-bodied reds. Come by and experience the taste of nature. All these products have been produced and are being sold by the local farmers themselves. In a matter of fact South Tyrol enjoys of a very good reputation as far as the production of quality products is concerned. Thanks to the accurate cultivation methods and the strict hygenic regulations there is no doubt that these goods are of the highest quality and of the best taste.

Every Wednesday between 8.30 am to 12.30 am, the pedestrian zone and Peter-Glückh-Platz in Malles/Mals bustle with activity. Fresh local produce, such as fruit, berries and vegetables, cheeses, bacon and bread types, jam, vinegar, juices and herbal teas, are always available for sale at the market. There are also craft and handicraft products made of stone, wood or felt for sale, as well as textiles, leather goods, plants, and equipment of all kinds for house and garden. From June to September, the market is held together with the farmers' market in the pedestrian zone, where producers from the area offer bacon and cheese, fruit and vegetables. The surrounding guesthouses and restaurants offer special dishes to the respective market focus.

Every Thursday, you are warmly invited to join us for an enjoyable guided tour of the winery and cellar. For a limited number of visitors, we open up the old, historic cellar located seven meters underground, providing you with unique insights into our daily work at the winery and much more...
