To confirm your booking, we charge the total amount as a deposit in advance.
The booking will only be considered confirmed after receipt of payment and final confirmation from the hotel.

If the event cannot take place due to bad weather, the event will be postponed to the alternative date on 01.10.2023. If the event has to be cancelled again by the organiser due to bad weather, the amount will be fully refunded. The organiser reserves the right to cancel or postpone the event a maximum of 1 day in advance.

Cancellations are possible up to 30 days before the event and can be refunded with a voucher for a dinner in the Johannesstube (indoors) with the same food and drinks as in the package above.
Due to limited seating and considerable expense, please understand that we will retain 100% of the amount paid for cancellations made later than 30 days prior to the event date.

PROGRAMME OF THE EVENT:

11:45 am - meeting at the hotel reception (engel gourmet&spa) and depart by bus to the venue
12:30 pm - start of the event with an aperitif in the forest
04:30 pm - Dolomite cinema with sweets and digestifs
05:30 pm - return to the hotel and end of the event
