In addition, visitors will have the opportunity to try archery on a 3D course and a “classic” course, testing their accuracy. There will be also various exhibition and food stands, with the participation of Manni's Food Truck, Marlene and Loacker, to ensure excellent culinary offerings.

The Red Bull X-Alps is the world’s toughest adventure race. It’s a fiercely contested battle across the Alps lasting almost two weeks in which around 30 athletes run, hike and fly by paraglider up to 150km a day passing set Turnpoints positioned across iconic mountains and famous resorts. With athletes often hiking up to 4,000m of vertical ascent a day and running as much as 100km on foot, it’s not only an incredible test of physical endurance but it has become recognized as the supreme test for the world’s best hike-and-fly athletes. From the Schermoos car park, we hike along the European long-distance hiking trail (E5) to the Möltner Joch, continuing along a pleasant path through sparse larch forest to the Möltner Kaser. Here we follow the path to the famous hilltop with the Stoanernen Mandln and impressive views of the Dolomites. This legendary cult site is characterised by countless cairns, some of which are as tall as a man. We return to the Möltner Kaser, where we stop for a bite to eat and then descend via the Jenesiener Jöchl to the starting point. Ferrata info: The 550-meter elevation gain, secured with 1000 meters of steel cable, has a moderate difficulty level (A - B - B/C), making it suitable for less experienced climbers or families with children aged 14 and above who enjoy hiking and climbing! A good overall fitness level and an early start are essential to tackle the Klettersteig. The path is fully secured with steel cables, and many steep and difficult sections have been eased with footholds. Enjoy a diverse trail with breathtaking panoramic views, challenging climbs, and a well-earned break at the alpine hut. During the tour, you’ll also have a unique opportunity to watch the X-Alps athletes – perhaps soaring above you with their paragliders!

Paragliding at sunrise attracts both adventurous outdoor vacationers as well as local South Tyroleans. By rising early, we are able to catch the awakening of nature in the mountains. The Ifinger Tandemclub Team promise you an unforgettable adventure. The trajectory of the sun and time of the year determines our departure time. Depending on the sunrise, sometimes earlier, sometimes a little later – meeting point and exact time are agreed by phone or email. The destination is the Kuhleitenhütte Refuge at 2,400 m near Merano 2000. We arrive at the take-off point in our vehicle, but some guests might prefer to negotiate the final stretch on foot. Breakfast and Flight After a hearty breakfast, we await the arrival of dawn on the refuge terrace: the first rays of sunrise announcing the start of our adventure. We then take off on our paraglider, flying above the magnificent Passeiertal Valley for between 30 – 40 mins, at an altitude of 2,050 m. The landing is near the Torgglerhof Hotel in Salthaus/Saltusio, or on the Quellenhof Golf Course. Photos and Videos The pilots will shoot spectacular footage (photos and videos) throughout the tandem flight, including the prelude at sunrise and during the actual flight. The cultural hike on the Barbian sunny slope leads past historical buildings to the three churches "Dreikirchen". Let the hiking guide tell you interesting things about the cultural treasures. Meeting place at 10am at the Information Office Barbian. Hiking time: 3,5 hours, return at around 4pm, easy hike, good footwear, rain shelter. For members of the Tourist Association Klausen, Barbian, Feldthurns and Villanders the hiking is free, for non-members it costs 8,00€ each. The journey takes place by bus via Chiusa to the Alpe of Villandro. Our tour begins at the Gasser hut. From there, the hiking trail leads to the Lake Totensee which is reached in about an hour and a half. From the Totenkirchl church, it is only about a ten-minute walk to the picturesque lake. Via the “Prackfiederer Jöchl” pass, we reach the Stöffl hut, where we have our lunch. After a leisurely break, we descend back to the Gasser hut and take the bus back to Laion. Together with the hiking guide, you will hike from Altprags/Braies Vecchia up to the rustic Putzalm hut, where a small alpine snack awaits you. The hut landlord Seppl is known for his typical, delicious dishes! After a refreshment stop, you hike up to the Allwartstein summit (1,954 m), where you have a breathtaking view. The descent takes you back to the starting point at Altprags/Braies Vecchia on a variant of the ascent route. The pure walking time of the circular hike is 4 hours with 600 metres of ascent.

Enter the via ferrata at the first rays of sunlight. Up to the summit cross, everyone can enjoy the quiet dawn in the Dolomites for themselves. Experience a fascinating sunrise with a stunning view of the Three Peaks at the summit of the Paternkofel. Arrived at the Tre Cime di Lavaredo Hut, the day is still young, there is the possibility - depending on your desire and condition - to continue to enjoy the Three Peaks and return to the starting point by public transport. With our hiking guide Julian, we will venture into the wild and romantic Tschamin Valley. Immerse yourself in the history of Tiers: along the way, you will learn fascinating facts about the Bergler, the Tschamintaler, the Sour Waterle, and more. We will take our lunch break at the Rechter Leger before hiking back to the Tschaminschwaige. As a grand finale, we will visit the Steger Säge Nature Park information center and witness a demonstration of the old water-powered Venetian sawmill. Mindful.Latemar is the first immersive mindfulness trail in the Alps. It is located in Obereggen along the circular trail on Golfrion, at the foot of the Dolomites at an altitude of 1,872 meters. The trail features 18 different mindfulness exercises at a unique place that became a symbol of perseverance and resilience after Storm Vaia in November 2018. Mindfulness helps you to be present and aware of the current moment. Mindful.Latemar is a place of well-being, full of experiences and emotions, where everyone can reconnect with themselves and realign by enhancing their own psychophysiological well-being. The trail was designed by psychologist and mindfulness trainer Dr. Thomas Bernagozzi. The sunrise on the mountain is a magnificent natural spectacle and an unforgettable experience! Most of the way uphill is by shuttle, followed by an early morning hike to the Kreuzjoch viewing platform. You will be rewarded with a spectacular sunrise and a unique panoramic view. Afterwards, you can look forward to a delicious mountain breakfast on the mountain pasture. From Laion, we hike along the “Walther von der Vogelweide” Trail descending towards Albions, continuing to Novale and Villnod. From Villnod, we hike along trail no. 2 towards Castel Forte. Once arrived at Castel Forte, we tour the former home of minstrel Oswald von Wolkenstein, one of the most imposing castles in South Tyrol. --Ntëur l Sela cun la roda-- Following the Sella Ronda MTB Tour Anti-Clockwise there is a total height difference of about 1.020 m to be cycled uphill and several descents through single trails or forest roads. Longing breathes in our souls, the silence of the mountains lets us hear the voice of our hearts: A mountain hike to the panoramic Col da Lech. Here, at 2,175m, a fantastic panorama of the Dolomites and the main Alpine ridge unfolds. Not only do our eyes widen, but so do our hearts! A short drive takes us to the tranquil Ladin mountain village of Welschellen/Rina. Free parking at the sports field/starting point (1,512m). First we hike gently uphill, with surprising views of the Dolomites, to the enticing Welschellener Alm/rest stop (1,947m). We soon reach the tree line, behind which wide, gentle mountain meadows stretch out. We cross a ridge to reach the Col da Lech summit cross (2,175m), which can be seen from afar. The hike continues gently up and down to the nearby, enchanting Glittner lakes. The way back (skipping the Col da Lech) is partly on the outward route.
