Discover the power of mindfulness and the benefits of mindfulness in the magical landscape of the Dolomites.

Mindful.Latemar is the first immersive mindfulness trail in the Alps. It is located in Obereggen along the circular trail on Golfrion, at the foot of the Dolomites at an altitude of 1,872 meters. The trail features 18 different mindfulness exercises at a unique place that became a symbol of perseverance and resilience after Storm Vaia in November 2018. Mindfulness helps you to be present and aware of the current moment. Mindful.Latemar is a place of well-being, full of experiences and emotions, where everyone can reconnect with themselves and realign by enhancing their own psychophysiological well-being. The trail was designed by psychologist and mindfulness trainer Dr. Thomas Bernagozzi. Through targeted experiential exercises and meditation techniques, visitors can learn how to refocus their attention and create a moment of mindfulness and well-being for themselves and those around them.
