The Larix via ferrata is an action-packed family via ferrata at the end of the Schnalstal Valley. This unique via ferrata with many rope bridges, two sky ladders and a tyrolienne (a type of rope slide) leads up along a waterfall from Kurzras towards the Teufelsegg hut, where you can stop for a bite to eat. The ‘Alpin Trail’ adventure hiking trail runs parallel to this. These two routes cross each other several times and can be used to get out at any time. Families can therefore start together, some via the action-packed via ferrata and others via the challenging ‘Alpin Trail’ hiking trail. The International Randonnèe Certificate, the ‘Tour d'Ortles’, stretches along one of the most fascinating Alpine cycle routes in Europe. The route encompasses the entire area of the Stelvio National Park, where South Tyrol, Lombardy and Trentino meet and is a close encounter with the icy colossi of Ortles and Cevedale.

21 kilometres, 601 metres of elevation gain and 700 participants: these are the characteristic numbers of the 10th Seiser Alm Half Marathon on 2 July 2023. Surrounded by the Dolomites UNESCO World Heritage, the Seiser Alm Half Marathon is a unique experience and sporting challenge for both professional and amateur athletes. Info & registration online.

Looking back in time, you realize how much things have changed. Way back in 1987, a group of enterprising local enthusiasts began to believe in a dream, a cycling race that starting from Alta Badia would have touched the most beautiful passes in the Dolomites. When the first Maratona took place, there was no talk about granfondo yet, the live TV broadcast was unimaginable, tourism development did not meet the current requirements and these daredevils would never have dared to hope that the "Maratona dles Dolomites" would become one of the most famous granfondo worldwide, with 8,000 participants from five continents and with over 30,000 requests of participation each year. The beauty of the Maratona dles Dolomites-Enel is in riding the mountain passes that have made the history of world cycling without the harassment of cars and motorcycles. The Südtirol Classic Schenna is a must for connoisseurs who drive a vintage car. The Südtirol Classic Rally takes place from July 6th to July 13th, 2025. This sympathy rally will enchant those who appreciate breathtaking panoramic views, gracious support services, and fine cuisine. The leisurely circular hike starts at the large Saltnerstein parking area and leads you to the mountain pine distillery at the Marzuner Schupfe. Our trekking guide Florian will start with you from the meeting point at the parking lot in Upper Martelly Valley to an eventful day through the wonderful panoramic world of the National Park. Together with our llama boys Giacomo, Rocky, Rono, Rambo, Casper and Winnetou, who carry your backpacks in the pack saddle, Florian will lead you to the most beautiful places with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. As a certified hiking guide, he will introduce you to the local flora and fauna. Through the spotting scope you may even be able to observe some wild animals, such as deer, chamois and marmots, and thus be almost as close to them as to the national park llamas, whose soothing tranquility will make you feel calm and balanced. We will stop at one of the most beautiful view points, while you will strengthen yourself with a snack of local products from the national park and enjoy the surrounding nature. Via the Panorama Trail we return to the starting point. Another route leads us to the Lyfialm (alping pasture) with its centuries-old primeval larches on the sunny side of the Martell Valley and right to the llama enclosure, the summer quarters of the animals in Thial, nearby the biathlon center. From Vernuer above Riffian, the hike starts through beautiful sparse larch forest and over slopes full of alpine roses. Passing the Reichenmahd and the Hahnenkamm, we reach the panoramic summit of the Pfitschkopf (a head for heights is required). This tour allows you to hike around the Sella group in only one day and to get to explore the 4 Ladin valleys around the Sella massif. The route starts at the Dantercëpies cabin lift and leads around the imposing Sella massif towards Passo Sella in order to get back to Selva again. With the help of the lifts of the "Dolomiti Supersummer" network, the challenging route is shortened somewhat, leaving more time to marvel. Our journey begins with a drive through Val Gardena to the Sella Pass. Upon arrival, we start our hike towards the Rifugio Sasso Piatto. The path gently ascends on an alpine road, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding Dolomites. Then we walk through gentle green meadows and finally reach the Friedrich August hut, where we take a break. From there, the path continues level until the Rifugio Sasso Piatto, from where the descent to Monte Pana begins. The e-bike tour takes us through the beautiful Val Gardena and is considered one of the most beautiful in the Dolomites. From the Vallunga valley, we follow forest and gravel paths to the Juac hut, where we enjoy the panorama. Surrounded by imposing rock walls, the tour continues to the “Rifugio Firenze” hut on Col Raiser. After a break, we bike to St. Jakob, the oldest church in Val Gardena, and then to Ortisei. Approach to Magdfeld. From the parking space take trail no. 4 to the Faglsalm hut and continue via the Faglssee lake to the summit with ist stunning vies. The e-bike tour starts in Monguelfo and leads along the idyllic Val Casies Valley cycle route to S. Martino. Along the route, there are various access points. The route leads past the charming Kahnwirt and Kircherwirt inns before climbing up the alpine path to the Versellalm and on to the Tolderhütte hut. A particular highlight are the extensive, carefully tended alpine pastures, which can be explored during a guided tour. These alpine pastures have been extensively enhanced: new fences were installed, and about a dozen old barns were faithfully restored or rebuilt in their original design using traditional materials. This carefully crafted cultural landscape shows the harmonious interplay of nature and traditional alpine farming. Refreshments possibility. Difficulty: medium. Length: 45 km. The Reschenseelauf / Giro Lago di Resia: a running experience like no other! On 12 July 2025, the picturesque Lake Reschen will be transformed into a spectacular running track. With almost 4,000 participants, the Reschenseelauf / Giro Lago di Resia is one of the biggest running events in the Alps. The 15.2km course offers breathtaking views of the largest artificial lake in South Tyrol and the majestic mountains surrounding the Ortles. Runners, Nordic walkers, handicapped and children are divided into different categories and receive a fantastic starter pack including refreshments, lunch and a free massage. At the finish line everyone gets a finisher gift and a certificate. 2025 will be a very special year for the Reschenseelauf / Giro Lago di Resia: To celebrate its 25th anniversary, there will be a spectacular night run! The race won't start at 17:00 as usual, but at 21:30 in front of the historic church tower. Over 1,000 torches will light up the track around the lake. The "Seven Lakes Tour" is a demanding but truly rewarding hike in the Ridnaun high mountains. We save the first two hours and 600 metres in altitude thanks to the shuttle that takes us from Maiern to the Moarerbergalm. From there we dive into the unmistakable world of the glacier lakes, in whose mostly calm surface shimmering sky spectacles are impressively reflected. For thousands of years, the lakes have been witnesses to the glacial world of the Ice Age. On our circular hike we enjoy the dreamlike view of the Moarer Weißen, also called the Ridnaun Dolomites. Ascent: 2h - 600 vertical meters and 3km (moderately steep) Descent: 4 to 6 hours - 1,350 vertical meters and 11 km (steep and bumpy) A break is made halfway along the Trüber See lake with your own provisions, no stop at a hut is planned. The hike only takes place in optimal weather conditions! Surefootedness, good stamina and a head for heights are necessary for some short passages!

With the right know-how and the right equipment, the risk of an accident can be reduced or avoided - the certified guides from SAAC show you on the bike what is important in terms of accident prevention. Both theoretically and practically, the participants are taught the most important safety aspects, a correct riding technique and the right choice of material and equipment. Therefore, on 12/07 and 13/07/2025, and on 04/10 and 05/10/2025, every bike-interested person has the opportunity to deepen his knowledge and to refine his technique.  A "special edition" of the SAAC Bike Camp will take place too on Kronplatz/Plan de Corones, namely the "Girlpower Bike Camp", especially for women. Anyone who is at least 14 years old and wants to expand and force his bike awareness can participate!

Your adventure week on the 3 Countries Enduro Trails! The main part of this week is spent exploring the region on the bike. Trained guides teach boys and girls aged 11 to 15 many tips and tricks in open terrain and on single trails. Among other things, trail basics such as balancing correctly, braking, riding on and over steps, climbing and descending, etc. are refined during this week and what is learned is put into practice on the 3 Länder Enduro Trails. In addition to the 3 country enduro trails, you can expect other great activities such as a first aid course, trail building and a bike workshop.

From Laion, we take the public bus to Ortisei. Our tour begins with a ride on the funicular to the Resciesa mount. From the mountain station, we take the path to Cason alpine hut, where we have dinner (not included). After dinner, we hike with our guide Herbert to the summit cross of Resciesa, at an altitude of 2,280 metres. There we can enjoy a breathtaking sunset. From the Gampen Pass, we hike along a beautiful forest path to the ‘Schöneck’ viewpoint on the Mendelkamm. We reach the Felixeralm via Moschen, where we stop for refreshments.
