In the Bike Kids Area in Oberolang, children aged 6 to 12 can try out mountain biking during a professionally supervised introductory session. Mountain bike and full equipment are included. How much milk does a goat give and when does it start? Visit our animals in the barn with us! How is the milk turned into cheese and what does it taste like? A tour of the farm with a small product tasting and answers to many questions!

Guided hike in the mountaineering village of Matsch/Mazia. From the head of the Matsch valley, past unspoilt streams, and fragrant alpine meadows, finishing at mountain lake Upi. Panoramic Mountain Bike Tour An adventure on two wheels, which will take you through meadows and forests, up into the high mountains, surrounded by the breathtaking views of the Dolomites.

Drive to Vernuer/Vernurio to the parking space at Oberöberst. Ascent on trail no. 21A via the Hahnenkamm to the Pfitschkopf, continue on a trail called "Lustiger Kameradensteig" and the Obisellalm hut to the summit. Beautiful panoramic view of Meran/Merano and the Etschtal Valley. Descent via the Obisellalm hut and trail no. 5 to the parking space. The journey begins, by taking the public bus to Ortisei. Our tour begins with a funicular ride up to the Resciesa (2,200m). From the mountain station, we follow trail no. 35 to the Brogles Hut (2,054m). Behind the hut, the trail merges into the Adolf-Munkel-Trail. At the foot of the Sas Rigais, we continue until we reach the Odle Mountain Hut (1,996m). After a well-deserved and leisurely break, we descend comfortably to Ranui (1,350m). Tourdescription: After taking the Tiers cable car to the Frommer Alm mountain hut and the König Laurin 1+2 cable cars to the Kölner mountain hut, our hike begins. The ascent from the Hirzelsteig to the Vajolon Pass (2,560 m) is steep but relatively short. A short iron ladder helps us to overcome the rocks. We then descend to the Rotwand hut, where we take a break. We then follow the high trail past the Christomannos monument to the Paolina hut. From here we take the lifts and the bus back to our starting point in St. Cyprian. Cool Swim Meeting is one of the main events of the summer of swimming in Italy. Now in its eighth year, the event will once again bring over 800 athletes and coaches from all over the world to Merano from 13th to 15th of June.

Guided hike along the 360° circular hiking trail from the Egghof farm in Taufers i. M. to Schlinig. Ride with the hiking taxi from Mals railway station to the Egghof farm above Taufers i. M. From there via the "Tellaalm" to the "Tellajoch". The "Tellajoch" surprises with a 360° panoramic view of the mountain peaks of the Ortler and Sesvenna groups. The 360° viewing platform highlights the mountain panorama. Continue first downhill to the Laatscher and Schleiser Alm alpine pastures with insights into the Upper Venosta Valley alpine farming. From there, hike uphill to Monterodes and then back downhill over the Kälberberg to the village of Schlinig. Return journey by public bus. --La sciorta de Saslonch-- From Monte Pana, the route leads to the pastures of Plan de Cunfin and then continues along a spectacular switchback path that heads into the magnificent saddle, between Sassolungo and Punta delle Cinque Dita. The view is dominated by the imposing rock faces. Once here, follow a slightly ascending path to the Rifugio Vicenza, where lunch is planned. The Dolomites Bike Day ia a unique kind of Saturday! Cyclists of all abilities can ride together on closed roads, up and down the local mountain cols and passes. The 51km loop is open to anyone: professionals, amateurs, youngsters, and beginners. Even using an e-bike is allowed! On this Saturday, from 8.30 a.m. to 2.30 p.m. the Dolomites passes roads Campolongo, Falzarego and Valparola will be closed to the traffic and reserved exclusively for cyclists. At the non-competitive cycling event, every cyclist can take part for free. We recommend to ride in counterclockwise direction. During the event photos or video footage may be taken for the purpose of documentation and promotion of the event and the region. The footage may be used and published on websites, on social networks and on media in compliance with the data protection regulations.

The tour starts at the Ratschings valley station in front of the Rent and Go bike rental. We follow the Pfeifer Huisele path along country lanes and forest roads towards the Klammalm. From here onwards, the technical riders are in their element. The trail towards Wumblsalm has it all. This is followed by a short descent across meadows before a partly challenging section leads to the highest point of the tour, the Wasserfalleralm. Here we enjoy a long break with good food. Strengthened, we follow a fantastic panoramic trail to the Rinneralm. The last few kilometers are downhill on the toboggan run back to the starting point. Registration only from the age of 15.

We start at the Gigglberg inn in Partschins, hike initially across alpine meadows, then through dense forest to the ‘Adlerhorst’ mountain hut and continue along a path through the Schindeltal valley. Now begins the somewhat steeper ascent over rocky terrain and finally over some boulders to the panoramic summit of the Ohrenknott. From here we can enjoy the marvellous panorama of the Dolomites, the Adige Valley and the Ortler massif. Take provisions with you! The journey takes place by bus via Chiusa to the Alpe di Villandro. Our hike starts at the Gasserhut and leads over the Alp “Mair in Plun” to the saddle “Gasteiger Sattel”. From there, we follow the broad ridge until we reach the mountain hut at the summit of the Corno del Renon. Once at the top, we enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view of the Dolomites. After a leisurely break, the trail leads us to the “Huberkreuz” cross in Barbiano, where the taxi is already waiting for us. Fancy some fresh mountain air and stunning views? Then join our hiking guide Heinrich – along a section of the Merano High Mountain Trail! After a short bus ride, our tour begins in Vernuer/Vernurio. From there, we head down the valley along the Merano High Mountain Trail – one of the region's most famous hiking routes. Along the way, we'll enjoy magnificent views of the Etschtal Valley and a diverse natural landscape. In the Kuensertal Valley, the trail continues along the Kuenser Waalweg. This peaceful and pleasant path winds through shady forest sections, accompanied by the gentle trickling of water – perfect for taking a deep breath and relaxing. Our return journey takes us back to Rifiano. Walking time: approx. 3,5 h | Difference in altitude: approx. 180 m ascent and 890 m descent The hike will be in German and Italian.

The guided e-bike tour starts at the Rent and Go bike rental at the Ratschings valley station. We start with a group game and playfully learn the most important riding safety tips. Afterwards we drive together along the Pfeifer Huisele path to Flading to the barefoot path with Kneipp facility. There we have a little refreshment at the witches' fountain. Fun balancing exercises await us before we head back to the starting point. The tour is fun for adults and children from 6 years (only with driving experience). On request, a child seat for children up to 20 kg or a bicycle trailer for max. 2 children up to 5 years can be reserved. The e-bike tour is accompanied by a trained South Tyrolean bike guide.

Approach to Ulfas to the parking space called "Kratzegg". Ascent on trail no. 2 across alpine meadows to the large cairn on the ridge and on to the summit. The descent is via the Ulfaseralm hut back to the parking space. Attention: Good physical condition required! Tourdescription: After taking the cable car up to the Alpe di Siusi, we start our hike. First we hike towards Panorama and along the slopes of the Goldknopf to the foot of the Rosszahn ridge. The trail climbs steeply in serpentines to the Rosszahnscharte. From there it is only a few minutes to the Tierser Alpl refuge, where we take our lunch break. The way back is via the “Bärenloch”. The path is steep at the beginning, secured in places with wire ropes. Further down, the trail then leads through the Tschamin valley to Weißlahnbad. Starting from Laion, the taxi takes us through the Val Gardena to the Sella Pass (2,180m). The hike begins with a steady climb up to the Toni Demetz mountain hut (2,681m). Adventurous people can also take the gondola to the hut (ticket not included). At the top, we enjoy the splendid view of the surrounding mountains before descending to the Rifugio Vicenza hut (2,253m). After a lunch break, we continue the hike, always downhill, to Monte Pana (1,637m). Height difference in ascent: 530 m Height difference in descent: 1.120 m Distance: 11,5 km

A guided botanical walk along the Solda panorama path: Starting in the village centre, we walk past the parish church of St. Gertraud to panorama trail no. 7, which we follow into the valley past meadows, pastures, woods and small streams to the valley station of the Solda cable car. There we switch to the opposite side of the valley, with its sunny and dry slopes. We now return to our starting point with a splendid view of the north face of the Ortler mountain along panorama trail no. 6. Along the way, we will be able to admire numerous species of flowers, including the species Pedicularis recutita, Alpine clematis, Globeflower, Twinflower , Lesser twayblade, Greek valerian, Orange hawkweed, Bearded bellflower and many others. On 27 June 2025, the legendary Stelvio road will be closed to motorised traffic for the first half of the night and will be completely open to cyclists and pedestrians. The last seven kilometres of the 'Berghotel Franzenshöhe' before the summit will be magically illuminated by indirect lighting to show participants the way to the 2,757-metre peak. Whether on foot, by (E-)bike or other non-motorised means of transport; everyone is invited to take an enjoyable journey along the Stelvio Pass road at night on June 27, 2025 EXPERIENCE A MAGICAL MOMENT AND A UNIQUE EXPERIENCE! We start in Maiern in front of the Rent and Go bike rental in the direction of Bergl, go past the birthplace of the Ridnaun giantess and on to the Martalm. From there we cycle along the forest road to the Gewingesalm. After a little refreshment continue to cycle to Entholz and along the Erzweg back to the starting point. Evening hike in the spirit of South Tyrolean tradition and customs. The spectacle of the mountain fires lit every year on Sacred Heart Sunday, which can be admired on many mountain slopes in South Tyrol, is particularly impressive. This tradition goes back to an old custom in which the sun is worshipped as a symbol through fire on the summer solstice. Participation for children from 12 years and older!
