The guided bike tour starting from the Rosskopf valley station leads along the bike path towards the south to Stilfes. Via a forest road, you'll reach the small natural pond. The Latemar Ronda – Our most famous tour in the Eggental Valley. From the Frommer Alm hut, we ride via the Karerpass | Passo di Costalunga along forest roads into the neighboring Fassa Valley and then continue on bike paths to Predazzo. A cable car takes us up to the 2200-meter-high Feudopass | Passo Feudo. From there, we enjoy an easy descent through alpine meadows to Obereggen, where we pause for lunch. The HERO Südtirol Dolomites in Selva Val Gardena represents one of the hardest mountain bike events for amateurs and professional cyclists. The competition is spectacular and a great opportunity for international professional athletes and ambitious amateur cyclists to come together, allowing them to pursue the same dream.

The date for the 2025 International Mixed Volleyball Tournament is already set. The 34th edition will take place on June 14th and 15th, 2025. As always, the festivities will begin on Friday, June 13th, 2025. We look forward to seeing you!

We have selected the best trails at the Enduro World Cup venue for you. Conquering these demanding trails requires not only good physical fitness, but also plenty of experience. Although the cable cars make most of the ascents easier, there are still almost 3,000 metres of descent waiting for you to master. If you decide to take this route, you should definitely be able to easily master S2 trails and not shy away from the S3 passages. And remember: it's not just about the adrenaline rush on the trail. Spend a relaxing day after the HERO discovering the Dolomites and its culinary traditions while riding an electric bike in total HERO style. We’ve designed a route with several breaks, including some of the most stunning huts on the Seiser Alm plateau which you can access, naturally, by e-MTB. At the huts, prepare yourselves for a delicious aperitivo with your family or friends, or a wonderful lunch and a dessert. The HERO E-Gourmet ride departs and finishes in Selva Val Gardena. 200 spots are available. Start of the tour between 9:30 am and 10:30 am.
