Ice hockey ist not just a game of skating and shooting… it is much more a game of quick decisions. That is exactly why we created the Edges, Decision Making & Goal Scoring Camp, where we will work on the decision making ability of our players, because we think that it is the utimate skill to master the game of hockey. After a few sessions of edgework to strengthen our stability, we will go into very specific decision making drills where we will challenge our players to make every decision quicker, in order to gain the edge over their competitors during that split second that decides upon victory or defeat. Whether it is left or right, passing or shooting, the right answer does not wait. And that is why the best technique is worthless, if it is not used at the right time.

With the CCM Pro Goalie Camp, we created a Pro style summer hockey camp where our athletes can train and prepare for the next season. We wanted to gather world class goalie coaches from all over the world to train in the most beautiful sorroundings. Small groups and attention to detail is our first priority at the CCM Goalie Camp. With the CCM Pro Goalie Camp, we wanted to put a lot of focus on each goalie, so that every minute on the ice is designed to make you a better goalie. Instead of running countless drills, we want to focus on a few specific drills and go into every detail. Everything is given in order to create an optimal training environment. Not only is it an unbelievable place to train, but it is also an unforgettable experience with fellows of the so called special breed.

The Gong Bath Sound is a sound massage and therapy that brings the participants to meditation and deep relaxation. During the Gong Bath you lie comfortably on the meadow in the middle of the nature and listen to the magic and harmonious sounds of several gongs, Himalayan singing bowls and many other instruments. ONLY IN GERMAN AND ITALIAN! (English on requst) Take care of your health by slowing down and reducing stress: relaxation exercises have been shown to increase physical and mental wellbeing. One way is the Jacobson relaxation technique, known as progressive muscle relaxation. The technique is an easy and quickly learned method that helps to relieve tension brought about by stress and overexertion. Untreated, under certain circumstances these tensions can result in back, muscle and head pains, stomach and bowel problems and a range of mental stress symptoms such as sleep and anxiety disorders, depression and even burnout. The Jacobson Method helps us learn to prevent such problems and better deal with damage that has already been done. Relaxation exercises have other benefits too: the body secretes fewer stress hormones, breathing becomes more even, the blood pressure falls and the heart beats more steadily. And the psyche benefits too: physical tensions are reduced and the body regains its natural equilibrium, thus increasing mental wellbeing. Stresses and strains brought about by anxiety, worries and pain diminish.

From the meeting point we cycle to Burgstall. We take the cable car there to Vöran and start cycling. After 400 metres in altitude, we pass one of the most beautiful mountain pastures on the ‘Tschöggelberg’ and tackle the next 500 metres in altitude. Our destination, the Stone Men, is also the highest point of our tour. We will stop for lunch very close to this highlight. We return to the cable car mountain station via meadows, forest paths and easy trails.

During a herbal walk, we learn about the most important local plants and their uses. We then make a tincture and an oil extract with plant material under instruction. We then use these extracts to make various products together (e.g. lip balm, insect bite roller, ointment ...). Afterwards, the participants can take home 1 product of each of the treasures they have made (with the corresponding instructions for production and recipe). What defines a rocket? Why do rockets fly? What needs to be considered during launch? How do rockets move in the universe? How long will it be before the first tourists fly into space? Questions upon questions that the Planetarium South Tyrol tries to answer for curious rocket builders at a workshop for children. The main focus is on how such a rocket works and what the rebound principle is all about. After all, this is the prerequisite for building a paper rocket that can compete with the competition. Mindful.Latemar is the first immersive mindfulness trail in the Alps. It is located in Obereggen along the circular trail on Golfrion, at the foot of the Dolomites at an altitude of 1,872 meters. The trail features 18 different mindfulness exercises at a unique place that became a symbol of perseverance and resilience after Storm Vaia in November 2018. How is a bee colony organised? How is honey made? Why are these industrious, seemingly never-tiring insects so important to us? Our beekeeper will accompany you to the apiary (20-minute walk). Equipped with protective beekeeping clothing, you will have the opportunity to observe a bee colony and learn more about the creation and production of honey. An exciting insight for young and old!
