In the beginnings a horse stable, the original vault from the 17 century was restored and conected with modern architectur. Open since 04.05.01 the area is daily open from 08.00 to 24.00. The kitchen is open from 12.00 to 14.00 and in the evening from 17.30 to 23.00.

At the Jochele Hotel & Restaurant, hotel guests and locals, fans of speck platters and gourmets all feast together side by side and completely at ease. Chef Horst and his team treat fans of South Tyrolean cuisine to typical specialities and international creations. At lunchtime and dinner time, the menu includes a tempting selection of favourite South Tyrolean dishes: home made Schlutzkrapfen, cheese and bacon dumplings with coleslaw, aromatic herb dumplings and Kaiserschmarrn pancakes. Es finden im Sommer verschiedene Veranstaltungen statt wie das Brotbacken im urigem Steinbackofen, wo Sie miterleben können wie das Brot entsteht und natürlich gibt es auch Brot zum mit nach Hause nehmen. The ancient inn: The Traube is documented as an inn in texts dating from the 17th century. The Niedermair family, who runs the hotel, has owned the ancient building for the last hundred years. Are you a self catering tourist? Do you prefer a bed and breakfast accomodation? Or is the classical full board your favorite option? No matter what style, the Hotel Traube can fulfill any holiday dream. In the morning, we provide a breakfast buffet. At lunch and at dinner, you may choose between various menus featuring Tyrolean delicacies as well as traditional Italian and international dishes. Our restaurant also delivers tasty snacks between meals.

Our chef of the house will spoil you personally with a variety of delicacies. In the morning we served you a rich breakfast buffet with various South Tyrol special features, homemade jams and cakes , breads, a variety of different yoghurt and cereals and an organic corner with products from strictly controlled cultivation. At lunch time we serve you in our restaurant “Tesselberger Stuben" a variety of international dishes or you can satisfy the hunger in the afternoon with a hearty snack, with different cakes and ice creams. As part of the half board in the evening you can choose between a 3-4 course menu of international dishes, as well as a fresh salad and appetizer buffet. There waiting for you special evenings such as Gala Dinner, South Tirol evening (in autumn). On request, we serve vegetarian food, dishes without Lactose or without gluten. Bon appetit!

Enjoying ice-cream is a top priority for over 35 years with us. In the summer of 2014, we have put our ice production in a whole new packaging to offer a much wider product range. In "Mannis Café & Ice Cream Parlor" there is anything that really brings the enjoyment at full speed - ice cream, ice cream sticks, apple strudel, pies and cakes. And every single product is of course home made. The team in Mannis Cafè & Ice Cream Shop is pleased to make the hot days a little more comfortable with pleasurable cooling.
