The ancient inn: The Traube is documented as an inn in texts dating from the 17th century. The Niedermair family, who runs the hotel, has owned the ancient building for the last hundred years. No matter what style, the Hotel Traube can fulfill any holiday dream. In the morning, we provide a breakfast buffet. At lunch and at dinner, you may choose between various menus featuring Tyrolean delicacies as well as traditional Italian and international dishes. Between the Alps and the South Tyrolean Dolomites, AlpiNN by Norbert Niederkofler is located at the summit of Kronplatz at an altitude of 2.235 meters. The restaurant is housed in the same building as LUMEN, a unique museum dedicated to mountain photography. Pristine nature and breathtaking panoramas make this place truly special. In every season and every direction, stunning landscapes unfold in their purest form. Here, mountains, tradition, local culture, and culinary innovation merge into a one-of-a-kind experience. AlpiNN was created as part of a revitalization project in the former mountain station of the old cable car and opened in December 2018. The restaurant quickly became a meeting point for gourmets and mountain enthusiasts, perfectly embedded in the stunning natural surroundings. The design, crafted by Martino Gamper, follows Norbert Niederkofler’s "Cook the Mountain" philosophy.

Atelier Moessmer has been awarded 3 Michelin stars as well as the Green Michelin Star, making it one of only 35 restaurants worldwide to receive this highest gastronomic honor.

Only regional products with a focus on organic growth are used for the preparation of our dishes. Many vegetables and salads and all herbs come from our Langge farm.

We wish you pleasure in eating, so we use fresh, seasonal produce from South Tyrol, especially products from the immediate area, such as herbs from our meadows, beef from our own attitude and our wildlife from hunters from hunting district.
