Our family business (was established) is located in the middle of the South Tyrolean Alps near the Issinger Weiher lake.
Since 1912, Bergila has been active in the fourth generation to support physical and mental well-being. Careful attention, patience and respect are essential to capture the spirit of nature. The used raw material comes from wild collection and is chopped, under the supervision of the forestry authorities, in high alpine areas. The purpose of this is to maintain the landscape and preserve the existing pastures.
We extract essential oils of the finest quality from these plants according to an old traditional method, providing them in their purest and most natural form to all those who are interested. The essential oil is gently extracted from the plant by means of steam distillation to preserve all the precious substances of the plant.
A circuit of manual harvesting in harmony with the rhythm of nature to preserve and share the living force of the plants, using water from the purest sources, using slow and careful distillation to offer only the best of nature.
