The Wipptal bee trail is a convenient and easy walk for the whole family. What is the difference between a queen and a drone? Why are bees indispensable for the cultural landscape? 10 meditational spots are found along the side of the path until we reach the "Franziskus and Klara" chapel. By entering the symbolic gate near the car park you enter a new world. Furthermore, those who hike this path in silence will have a rich experience. The chapel is open day and night. The Liturgy of the Word (religious readings) can be celebrated by groups without asking beforehand. “Good wine begins in the vineyard” – an oft-quoted maxim whose truth is unchallenged.
Why this is so and what happens in the vineyard is clearly described along the Castel Sallegg wine trail in Caldaro. Panels located in the midst of the vine rows explain all about Alto Adige’s grape varieties and their characteristics, relate the annual vegetation cycle of the vines and tell the history of winegrowing. Those wishing to learn more will find plenty of information about the local climate, geography and terroir. To round off the trail, visitors can visit the cellar and enjoy a wine-tasting session, thus completing the path from the vine via the barrel and into the bottle.
The starting point of the trail, which is some 350 metres long, is the Rottenburger Platz in the centre of Caldaro. From there it leads up through the vineyard to the inner courtyard of Castel Sallegg. Visitors can follow the trail alone or take part in an individual or a group guided tour: either way you can be sure of acquiring an informative insight into the traditional viticulture of Alto Adige.

The hiking tour “GEOTour Bletterbach Canyon” starts from the Visitor Centre in Aldino and leads to the “Taubenleck” and finally to the waterfall in the so called “Butterloch”. This tour is a journey through the “geological Middle Ages”.

The faith trail is the bearer of a universal message and is an invitation to discover and strenghten our faith. We travel the paths of our lives searching and believing. The Castelfeder hill is an ancient cultural landscape with settlement remains dating back to the Stone Age and Bronze Age. The remains of the castle complex, the legendary “slide of fertility” and the Santa Barbara chapel walls are testament to its mystical past. The area is of particular importance not only from an archaeological and historical perspective but also from an ecological point of view as for years it has enjoyed the status of being a protected natural habitat (biotope).
On the educationally valuable adventure trail on which visitors gain diverse insights into the forest ecosystem and information about the animal and plant world on various information boards! The forest experience trail conveys the topic of forest and wood in a playful and experience-oriented way. The Forest Adventure Trail is a circular hiking trail with a fantastic view of the Texel Group Nature Park and is particularly suitable for families with children.

Short, promising round in a unique landscape and easy to deal with paths
From the northern part of the village Coldrano starts the panoramic route. First, it goes uphill and then at the right direction up to the gorge of the River Tiss. Now you cross a suspension bridge over the gorge and it goes beyond the typical steppe slopes of Val Venosta. At the junction of an uphill path you continue along the panoramic road, that changes direction now. Along the path there are some special cultural treasures.
The cable car Ratschings-Jaufen takes you from Bichl to the mountain station. From there you can hike along the Ratschinger Almenweg to the mountain pasture Wasserfalleralm.
Walking time: 60 - 90 minutes
Walk along the historic town center „Betlehem“, through the Gewürztraminer vineyards above Tramin-Termeno. Enjoy the Mediterranean culture, the landscape and a unique view on Tramin-Termeno and the environment.

The Glacier Trail begins at the parking area near the Enzianhütte at the end of Val Martello. It is divided into 9 sections and can cope in a circular route of about 10 kilometers and an overcoming of 600 meters. The hike is divided into stages and can be shortened or committed in a different order. All in all the tour takes 4 hours.

From the Obertal in Jaufental walk on the pasture road respectively the new created hiking trail towards the mountain pasture Bergalm. Along the path cross the Gurgl cascade, which rushes imposingly over rocky territories and pulverizes the water-molecule. Reached the Ontratt valley, the smooth mountain stream induces to a natural Kneipp adventure.

The Göflaner Marble Trail leads from "Kohlplätze" to the Göflaner marble quarry, known as "Mitterwandlbruch". Although the cave itself is out of bounds for security reasons, this 11-stage theme path tells the story of marble extraction in Göflan.
Pleasant, approximately two hour-long hike with wonderful views of the spa town of Meran/Merano.

Spanning Brixen/Bressanone to Franzensfeste/Fortezza, this exciting and instructive theme trail focusses on the history and cultural landscape of the Eisacktal Valley. On the 24 information boards found along the way, there is much to learn about the art and history of the oldest settlement in Tyrol, as well as its natural environment and geology.
Earth’s history up close: The Geotrail in Puflatsch offers a fascinating insight into bygone days and the 252 million years of history of the Dolomites, the UNESCO World Natural Heritage. This leisurely route leads along the northerly slope of the Puflatsch and the Panider Sattel to Pufels and back again. Amateur geologists of all ages will be in their element: traces of long-gone prehistoric creatures, segmentations of earth layers and the stratification of earth mass up to the formation of the landscape as we know it today. The route also offers breath-taking views of the surrounding Dolomite panorama and the Gröden Valley. Visitors can learn about the fascinating development of the Dolomites from the information boards along the way and follow the spirit of exploration themselves.
