Winter hike - Mill path

This short, 17-minute winter walk invites you to discover Olang’s traditional heritage. The Mühlenweg begins at the Kids Area Panorama, which you can easily reach by Skibus 21 as well as Citybus 435.1 and the CallBus. The correct stop is “Olang, Abzweigung Panorama”

Your walk first takes you to the Lipper Sawmill, the last preserved Venetian sawmill in the area. Just below it, you’ll find the blacksmith’s forge, where metal was hammered and shaped for decades – a fascinating insight into traditional craftsmanship.

At the end of the walk, you return to the hamlet of Oberolang, where several inviting places to stop for refreshments await you, such as Café Pfiff, Hotel Messnerwirt, Hotel Rainegg, or – right at the starting point – the Panorama Restaurant.
