Hike from Antholz Mittertal to the Egger Waterfall and Klammbach Waterfall – two natural highlights in one tour.
from center

This hike to the waterfalls in Antholz Mittertal is a varied and family-friendly tour in the Antholz Valley. It combines two impressive natural highlights: the Egger Waterfall and the Klammbach Waterfall.

Starting from the festival ground in Antholz Mittertal, the route first leads to the Eggerhöfe farm and then towards the Egger Waterfall, which is reached after a short but slightly steeper ascent. Afterwards, you return along the same path and continue to the second highlight, the Klammbach Waterfall.

This tour is ideal for families, nature lovers and anyone looking for a varied yet impressive hike.

Itinerary

We start at the festival ground in Antholz Mittertal and first walk towards the Eggerhöfe farm (refreshments available).

At the bridge, the path branches off towards the Egger Waterfall. After about 15 minutes of partly steeper ascent, we reach the waterfall, which cascades impressively down into the valley. We then return along the same path to the Eggerhöfe farm.

From there, we follow trail no. 3 to the right towards the Klammbach Waterfall. The route runs along a forest road through the woods and leads us to the waterfall. A newly built viewing platform allows visitors to experience the power of the rushing water up close.

The return follows the same route back to Antholz Mittertal and the starting point.
