The start of the trail is super comfortable - from Mitterolang it's only 3 kilometres to the cable car Olang I+II in Gassl - and in about 20 minutes you’re on the summit, ready to start.

The route to the Niger pass links the biking region of the Seiser Alm to the biking adventure in the Eggental. You have to grapple with 562 m of elevation but can replenish your energies at the Refuge Niger Pass before you set off to explore the other biking region.

Always on wide forest and alpine paths, you reach Riggermoos to Tann and on to Pemmern. From there, the traffic-calmed road leads to Rosswagen and through stone pine forests to Schönalm and along the beautifully laid out alpine path to the summit of the Rittner Horn at 2,260 m, where a unique panoramic view opens up.

This tour enchants with numerous trails and above all the beautiful Dolomite panorama. High above the village of Badia, the highlight of the tour awaits: the place of pilgrimage Holy Cross, called La Crusc in the Ladin language. Not only the beautifully idyllic church is worth a visit, but especially the refreshment stop right next door with traditional food. The bike highlight, on the other hand, is trail no. 15 from La Crusc to St. Cassian: this mountain trail is really fun and demands some riding skills. All in all, a bike tour with all the ingredients a biker could wish for.

This is a short adventure from Lake Kaltern into the forest between its eastern shore and the Adige Valley. South of the Leuchtenburg castle, enchanted paths lead to the Rosszähnen, a rock formation above the Etsch river.

This trail is a good MTB connection between Göflan/Covelano near Schlanders/Silandro and Morter near Latsch/Laces, runs around the Aigen farm, and offers pure flow.

Start at the visitor center culturamartell in Trattla and take the Val Martello path until Ganda and then towards Stallwies. Turn right above the Premstl inn and follow the road towards Radund. Take the forest road towards "Platzer Mahd". Continue on the forest road and enjoy the nature passing by mighty larches and lush mountain meadows. We warmly recommend you to stop at the Stallwies mountain inn that awaits you with excellent South Tyrolean cuisine. Return on the same route and don’t forget to make a detour to the "Suachbichl" viewpoint.

The route runs along the slopes of the towering Hammerwand and Tschafon, giving bikers an extra challenge if you still have some energy left after the Schnaggenkreuz route. 

The clearly visible stone walls along the trail bear witness to an alpine pasture dispute between Ritten and Villanders that was fought out here for over 500 years The beautifully laid out alpine pasture trail leads below the summit of the Rittner Horn to the Gasteiger Sattel. From the mountain station of the Ritten cable car in Oberbozen, you climb up through forests and meadows to Pemmern. The cable car takes you up to Schwarzseespitze (2,069 m). Attractive views and great panoramas accompany us on the little road, which climbs up to the Rittner Horn at 2.260 m with its namesake mountain hut.

From the Etschradbrücke bridge in Tschars the uphill trail no. 2 to the Marzoner Alm mountain pasture leads with a slight incline past various farms up to Tomberg, and continues on to the Zirmtal intersection. There the trail turns right in order to reach, by means of another climb, the Marzoner Alm mountain pasture (1,600 m). The first 8,3 km are paved and the rest of the route is along a gravel path. Upon arrival at the Uphill  Marzoner Alm 2, there are two different ways to join either the Lupo Trail or the Fontana Trail. At 6,7 km (570m vertical climb) one can take the Fontana Trail and at 4,3 km (360m vertical climb) the Lupo Trail.

A literal highlight: The green Zirmtrail (S0) starts at 2,500 metres and winds beautifully over 5 kilometres through the alpine landscape down to the Bergkastel high plateau. It is not only one of the easiest, but also one of the most beautiful and varied trails in the Alps, serving up fun for trail novices and endurists alike. Peppered with countless undulations and curves, jumps and stone fields. That's why the Zirmtrail is also the preferred warm-up loop for 3-country enduro riders. It was built completely without foreign materials and with its single trail character it blends naturally into the landscape.

New in summer 2022 in the Bike Park Kronplatz is the "Dragon Trail": the trail, over 2 kilometers long, winds along the hillside from the summit to the middle station of the Olang 1+2 lift. The highlight is definitely crossing the Dragon's Head and the Dragon's Tail, where you have a beautiful panorama of the surrounding Dolomites at the same time.

The FLOW definition was invented for this trail: the path initially has individual "bumps", which can, but not at all costs be jumped. The track continues with a very fluid line with numerous parabols under the upstream station of the Dantercepies lift, up to the intermediate station. Beginners and advanced, but also kids will enjoy a world on this trail. Repeating the Flow Trail will not be a problem: thanks to the Dantercepies lifts, bikers and bikes will be transported from the intermediate station to the upstream station in the shortest time.

This tour impresses with its wonderful views of the Sassolungo and Sella massifs and the fewer metres in altitude that you have to climb under your own muscle power. Also for kids who are already good mountain bikers, the trails of this tour guarantee a perfect biking day. Surrounded by breathtaking panoramas and thanks to the lift support from the Ciampinoi cable car and the Gran Paradiso chairlift, the tour can easily be completed in half a day.

An easy trail for the whole family of 3,600 meters leads from the modern Piz Seteur cableway down to the Plan de Gralba.

The Altrei circuit is an easy beginner tour, perfect for novice riders and those looking for a leisurely biking experience. The route covers approximately 13.90 km with an elevation gain of about 462 m, primarily on gravel forest roads. With an estimated riding time of about 1.5 hours, this tour offers spectacular insights into the natural diversity of the Trudner Horn Nature Park, known for its unique flora. The tour is especially recommended in late spring, summer, and autumn.

On July 15, 2017 opens the Cir flow trail. A sequence of bumps, parabolic and north shore, whose rhythm, along with an average slope of 8%, makes it almost impossible to use the brakes. Particular care was reserved for the bottom covered with a layer of binder. Some variants allow the most beloved to make some nice jump. The route runs from Dantercepies 2300 mt, reachable both by the cable car from Selva and the chairlift from the Gardena Pass (and then from Corvara with the Plans Frara lft), to the Gardena Pass at 2120 mt.

One reaches the Bike Highline Meran/o through various Uphills, or by utilizing either the Aschbach cableway or the shuttle service. From the Bike Highline Meran/o there are various single and also forest trails returning back down into the valley. The stretch between the Tablanderalm and Mauslochalm mountain pastures is technically challenging. All other routes are generally accessible & do not present complications.

The starting-point for the Wolf Trail is just below the Schartegg parking lot. The wooded trail isn’t technically demanding (S1) and it leads from the Nörderberg mountain to Tabland, with various possible entry points.
