An easy trail for the whole family of 3,600 meters leads from the modern Piz Seteur cableway down to the Plan de Gralba.
There are rarely so many facets to a tour: the Via Crucis from the Vallunga to Daunëi, the gravel path to the Juac Hut with its wonderful panorama, the gravel road that leads to the Regensburger Hut accompanied by the imposing rock faces of the surrounding Dolomites, the wonderful view from Col Raiser and Seceda. The descent on gravel roads from Seceda towards S. Cristina should not be underestimated on this tour, as they demand a lot of driving skills and strength.

Fantastic trail with irrigation channels, ruins and apples at the southern edge of the forest in Laces.
Start at AquaForum and take the gravel path upwards (slight difference in altitude) on the so-called Rehpromenade and the fitness trail until you get to the irrigation system’s reservoir pond. Turn right before the bridge and follow the hilly trail through the cool forest winding along Hunter’s path and Neuwaal irrigation channel path until the Montani di Sopra castle ruin. The alternation between pedaling sections and slight downhill flow requires technical skills. The Montani di Sopra castle ruin awaits you with a wonderful view and the famous St. Stephen’s chapel with its frescoes. Technique fans will be enchanted by the fine hairpin trail before you return on relatively flat paths and along the Mareinwaal irrigation channel path. You can then enjoy a cool beer and a good dish along your way at Bierkeller, the pizzeria at AquaForum or in the village of Laces. Please note: Many “Share the Trail” sections! Descent and connection variants: Turn left towards Morter just after the cycle path below Montani di Sopra and then on the Morterer Leger route until the access to the Scheibenkofel Trail or up to the Holy Hansen Trail.
This easy MTB tour delights everyone, as it runs mostly on the forest path without any major challenging passages. The fantastic view of the neighbouring Dolomite mountains such as Rosengarten/Catinaccio, Schlern/Sciliar and Latemar is always fascinating.
The FLOW definition was invented for this trail: the path initially has individual "bumps", which can, but not at all costs be jumped. The track continues with a very fluid line with numerous parabols under the upstream station of the Dantercepies lift, up to the intermediate station. Beginners and advanced, but also kids will enjoy a world on this trail. Repeating the Flow Trail will not be a problem: thanks to the Dantercepies lifts, bikers and bikes will be transported from the intermediate station to the upstream station in the shortest time.
The mountainbike tour from Solda across the Madriccio Pass is a slightly steep path to the Passo del Madriccio, where you can enjoy a fabulous panoramic view. Marvel at Ortler, Zebru and Gran Zebru as well as at the glaciers around Cima Cevedale and Monte Cevedale. Also the downhill to the Rifugio Martello and Rifugio Corsi is absolutely a highlight.
„View over the Valle di Anterselva/Antholzertal“
Nice tour of medium lenght passing the southern woods of Valdaora/Olang in order to arrive at the beautifully situated Alp Angerer, where bikers can enjoy a restorative stop with an amazing view.
Leisure points: Angerer Alm
„At the borders of the Natural Park Fanes-Sennes-Braies“
Along the rushing Brunst stream you will enter the valley of the same name and continue on a winding stretch to finally reach your destination: the Alp Brunst where to enjoy a well-deserved pause.

Sunny mountainbike tour to the cosy Hollenzalm hut in St. Jakob/San Giacomo!
This mountain-bike or e-bike tour treats bikers to a view of all of the Kings and Queens of the Dolomite mountains, including the Marmolada – Queen of the Dolomites, the majestic Langkofel and Plattkofel, King Laurin and his Rosengarten massif, and the Schlern in all of its legendary might. The route leads from the Eggental Valley to the Fassa Valley and on to the Gröden Valley, followed by a stretch through the Dolomites region Seiser Alm and back to the set-off point. Given its length of 105 km, we recommend taking this tour in a few stages. If you opt to use an e-bike, it is possible to cycle the full length in one day, stopping off at one of the countless mountain huts to recharge your bike along the way. You can choose to begin the tour from any one of the valleys it covers.

Flow lovers will love this tour. The Trail Arena Val Gardena is probably the most panorama-rich trail park in the Alps and impresses not only with its wonderful views, but also with its 4 flow trails and the challenging freeride trail. All in all, a circuit around the tourist stronghold of Wolkenstein, with bends, jumps and lots of speed. Those who like it really technical will love to ride the Ciampinoi trail. Thanks to the 5 lifts of the Trail Arena (Dantercepies, Cir, Piz Seteur, Gran Paradiso, Ciampinoi), which can be used with the Trail Arena Ticket or with the Super Summer Card, there are hardly any metres in altitude that have to be pedalled uphill and the trails can be repeated as many times you want.
The extremely challenging Duron valley tour is guaranteed biking fun at its best. It leads you through the whole of the Seiser Alm, through the Duron valley and into Trentino, and completing the loop round the Langkofel and Plattkofel mountains.

The ascent to the Comici Hut is sweaty, but the biker is spared the remaining metres in altitude thanks to the Gran Paradiso chairlift. The absolute highlight of the variant are the flow trails: from the highest point of the City of Stones, which is reached thanks to the chairlift, the Paravis Trail, which lives up to its name, leads to the mountain station of the Piz Seteur cable car. From there, you can choose between the flowy Family Trail or the adrenaline-pumping Easy Jump Line. From Plan de Gralba, a last trail leads to the left side of the stream to Selva Gardena and via the valley cycle path you finally reach the starting point in S. Cristina.
Very nice mountain bike tour to the Schönbergalm hut in Weißenbach/Rio Bianco, where special culinary highlights and a stunning view of the mountainous landscape are waiting!
The Rosszähne variant diverges from the Seiser Alm hut tour, and is suitable for well-trained cyclists who want to tire themselves out before heading back to Saltria. You can also stop by the idyllic Dialer chapel and take in the magnificent views.

The Goldsee Lake Trail from the Stilfserjoch ridge at 2,757 m to the Furkelhütte mountain hut (2,153 m, possible refreshment stop) is the classic mountain bike tour in the Val Venosta/Vinschgau valley. The trail, originally constructed as part of the glacier front in the First World War, is open daily for bikers until 9am and after 4pm. In order to spare bikers the ascent via 48 hair-pin bends, a shuttle service is offered up to the Stilfserjoch ridge.
A timeless gem of a tour: fully enjoy the mountain scenery by saving energy using one of the many lift facilities.

A break at the Hagner Alm hut is always worthwhile...
High above Welschnofen/Nova Levante you can enjoy the fabulous view of the Dolomites from the award-winning alpine cheese dairy.
An absolute pleasure trail: flowing and embedded in the beautiful Dolomite landscape, the Paravis Trail winds its way from the mountain station of the Gran Paradiso chairlift, at the highest point of the famous Città dei Sassi (Stone City), to the valley station. The Ladin name Paravis stands for paradise and the trail lives up to its name, as it is constantly accompanied by paradisiacal views of the Sella massif and the Sassolungo. Fun for big and small bikers alike, and anyone sitting on the chairlift can often hear the bikers whooping with joy on the trail.
After the first steep climb the circuit is easy to ride and can be shortened at several points.
This route leads mainly downhill across the Seiser Alm, past the imposing Langkofel group, and links the Seiser Alm with Selva, the set-off point for the spectacular Sella Ronda. This tour is recommended for experienced riders accompanied by a guide.

Mountain bike tour of medium difficulty to the nice Wollbachalm hut in St. Jakob/San Giacomo!
Route length in km: 22,6
Vertical climb: ascent 922m – descent 897m
Surface: asphalt,forest path, 1 short Single-Trail-section (Mohlboch-Trail)
Required technical skills: S0/S1 – easy
This variant leads to one of the most famous photo spots since the advent of social media. The ascent is only for really fit bikers and even with an ebike, the slope is only suitable for trained legs. But at the summit you are rewarded with a wonderful view of the Odle peaks, the Sella massif and the Sassolungo. But beware: if you cycle up the steep gravel roads, you also have to cycle down on them, and that requires a lot of strength, both uphill and downhill.
