This bike tour follows the trackbed of the former Fleimstalbahn railway, which was built during the First World War, serving primarily to transport goods until 1936. It began in Ora/Auer and ran to the town of Predazzo. The stretch from Ora to San Lugano is still in good condition and is easy to ride. The bike tour leads through historic villages, wonderful vineyards - right through the Pinot Noir heart of Pinzon/Pinzano and through Auer/Ora, the home of the Lagrein - the wonderful mountain landscape of the Trudner Horn/Monte Corno Nature Park and is particularly rewarding because of the unique view of the South Tyrolean lowlands.
From Graun, the wonderful Langtaufers valley opens up to the east. First, follow the asphalt road in the direction of Melag until the fork in Kapron. In Kapron, turn right in the direction of Riegl and then follow the shady forest path to the Kaproner Alm alpine pasture (1,960 m), which is closed. Continue slightly up and down to the Masebner Alm alpine pasture, which is closed as well. Following the path upwards, sometimes a bit steep - arrive at the Maseben mountain hut at 2,267 m. Here the innkeeper of the hut welcomes guests with traditional schnapps and local foods. The 2 km back to the Masebner Alm continue towards the valley and Karlin creek. Once on the forest road, turn right and follow a beautiful forest path along the rushing stream to the Melager Alm alpine pasture. Enjoy the views of the glacier world from the rest areas and then follow the forest path again on the orographic left bank to Riegl. Here go briefly uphill to the main road in Kapron. This road will lead you back to Graun.

Fantastic trail with irrigation channels, ruins and apples at the southern edge of the forest in Laces.
Start at AquaForum and take the gravel path upwards (slight difference in altitude) on the so-called Rehpromenade and the fitness trail until you get to the irrigation system’s reservoir pond. Turn right before the bridge and follow the hilly trail through the cool forest winding along Hunter’s path and Neuwaal irrigation channel path until the Montani di Sopra castle ruin. The alternation between pedaling sections and slight downhill flow requires technical skills. The Montani di Sopra castle ruin awaits you with a wonderful view and the famous St. Stephen’s chapel with its frescoes. Technique fans will be enchanted by the fine hairpin trail before you return on relatively flat paths and along the Mareinwaal irrigation channel path. You can then enjoy a cool beer and a good dish along your way at Bierkeller, the pizzeria at AquaForum or in the village of Laces. Please note: Many “Share the Trail” sections! Descent and connection variants: Turn left towards Morter just after the cycle path below Montani di Sopra and then on the Morterer Leger route until the access to the Scheibenkofel Trail or up to the Holy Hansen Trail.

The FLOW definition was invented for this trail: the path initially has individual "bumps", which can, but not at all costs be jumped. The track continues with a very fluid line with numerous parabols under the upstream station of the Dantercepies lift, up to the intermediate station. Beginners and advanced, but also kids will enjoy a world on this trail. Repeating the Flow Trail will not be a problem: thanks to the Dantercepies lifts, bikers and bikes will be transported from the intermediate station to the upstream station in the shortest time.
