This easy MTB tour delights everyone, as it runs mostly on the forest path without any major challenging passages. The fantastic view of the neighbouring Dolomite mountains such as Rosengarten/Catinaccio, Schlern/Sciliar and Latemar is always fascinating.
This route leads mainly downhill across the Seiser Alm, past the imposing Langkofel group, and links the Seiser Alm with Selva, the set-off point for the spectacular Sella Ronda. This tour is recommended for experienced riders accompanied by a guide.

Biking tour through the natural jewel Altfasstal Valley to the Pranterstadl hut (1.833 m) and Wieser hut (1.850 m). From the parking Altfasstal (1.600 m), slightly down to Altfassbach and then always slightly uphill through the valley with two shorter steep steps. The route is rewarded with a breathtaking view to the Fallmetzer and Gaisjoch peak. The mountain bike tour is very easy to combine with subsequent ascent to the Seefeld lakes and the Seefeldspitze peak (2.715 m) as a bike & hike Tour. The way back is the same.

At the start below the Frommer Alm, you choose the path that branches off to the right and with a lot of momentum you have to conquer the Carezza Pumps over 1,6 km.
This challenging tour, which requires a certain level of fitness, starts in Niederrasen and first leads into the valley, past Lake Antholz, up to the Staller Sattel mountain pass (Attention! Temporary one-way regulation with traffic light: from South Tyrol to Austria every hour from the 30th to the 45th minute). The route then descends into the Defereggen Valley and turns left just before Erlsbach. The route then leads; first on tarmac, then on gravel; along the river to the famous hunting lodges. Then it leads up to the Klammljoch Pass and from there downhill again, past the Knuttenalm mountain hut, to Rein in Taufers. From there, the route runs along the paved road to Sand in Taufers and along the cycle path out of the valley to Bruneck. From there, take the Pustertal Valley cycle path back to Niederrasen, turning off at Neunhäusern into the Antholzertal Valley.
This medium-difficulty tour starts in Antholz Niedertal and initially leads out of the valley past the Rasner Möser biotope to Oberrasen. There the route turns off onto the Burgfriedenstraße and the ascent to Burgfrieder Stöckl begins. The route now continues along a forest road to Redensberg and on another section of the forest, which is almost flat, to Aschbach. From there, the route descends again in wide hairpin bends to the village of Nasen. From there, you return to the Val Pusteria cycle path. The route then leads back to Neunhäusern, past the historic bridge, to Niederrasen and along the cycle path back to Antholz Niedertal.
A break at the Hagner Alm hut is always worthwhile...
High above Welschnofen/Nova Levante you can enjoy the fabulous view of the Dolomites from the award-winning alpine cheese dairy.
We start this tour in Niederrasen and it first takes us out of the valley to Neunhäusern, where we then turn left towards Niederolang. We then continue past the church to the hamlet of Mühlbach and on to Gassl, where the valley station of the Olang cable car is located. This is where the ascent to the Furkel Pass at 1,789 metres above sea level begins. We initially ride along a gravel road until we turn onto the paved Furkelstraße, which then leads us to our destination. Once we reach the pass, we can enjoy the marvellous view of the surrounding mountains before returning to Niederrasen along the same route.
At the start of the new cable car in the centre of Nova Levante/Welschnofen there is an attractive ‘flow trail’ for bikers of all types. The trail has plenty to offer, with its twists and steep turns, small bridges, jumps and north-shores, which will get every biker’s heart beating faster!

Incredibly long, insanely challenging and winding like there's no tomorrow: The Herrnsteig freeride trail is already legendary. One of the Alps' very best, it starts with a 20-minute cable car ride to the top of Mount Kronplatz and takes you down the north face of the mountain on an 8 km bare-knuckle ride worth an impressive 1300 m of difference in altitude. And it never has to be the same: On both sides of the original trail, a number of track alternatives branch off – towards endless fun and kicks. The perfect trail for pros and medium-advanced riders.
The Rosszähne variant diverges from the Seiser Alm hut tour, and is suitable for well-trained cyclists who want to tire themselves out before heading back to Saltria. You can also stop by the idyllic Dialer chapel and take in the magnificent views.

Challenging hut-tour in Tiers am Rosengarten.
This tour, which is especially recommended for e-bikers because of its 800 meters of altitude difference, leads past alpine huts which offer refreshments. The tour offers a fantastic view of the Rosengarten massif with the impressive Vajolet towers.
The mountainbike roundtour with the Silvesteralm/Malga San Silvestro hut and the Lachwiesenhütte/Rifugio Lachwiesen hut, which invite you to stop for a break, runs mainly on forest paths in the middle of the forest. This tour does not have any difficult parts.

The Puflatsch loop route leads you all the way around Kastelruth's home mountain, past the Panidersattel to St. Ulrich and with the areal cableway up to the Seiser Alm, the highest point of the tour. The following descent leads along country roads back to Kastelruth. Due to the closure of the Tränka road (Pufels/Bulla), this year there is a variant via St. Ulrich/Ortisei.

Clockwise, the Latemar massif can easily be mastered by mountain bike beginners as well as families during a full-day tour without any major climbs.
