Summer Classics: Classic concert with "QuinTirol" in the Culture House in Seis am Schlern. QuinTirol is the collaboration of five passionate musicians from North, South, and East Tyrol. Five individuals with different personalities and musical backgrounds come together, enriching their music with a variety of inspirations and ideas. Having studied at music universities and conservatories in Bolzano, Trento, Innsbruck, Vienna, Munich, Trossingen, Paris, and London, the five wind players have performed and continue to perform in renowned orchestras such as the Tyrolean Symphony Orchestra Innsbruck, the Haydn Orchestra Bolzano-Trento, the Gustav Mahler Youth Orchestra, the Jeunesses Musicales World Youth Orchestra, the Munich and Vienna Chamber Orchestras, the Düsseldorf Symphony Orchestra, the Berlin Philharmonic, and many more. In 2017, they decided to form a classical woodwind quintet. With its extensive repertoire, this ensemble can be seen as the wind counterpart to the string quartet. Just like their instruments – flute, oboe, clarinet, horn, and bassoon – the pieces performed by QuinTirol are diverse and multifaceted. They present refined and virtuosic classical music, warm and expressive romantic works, as well as fresh and innovative modern compositions – all brought to life with nothing but air! These five unique musical personalities engage in a dynamic interplay, sometimes leading, sometimes responding, but always playing together as an "ensemble." William T. – Rock'n'Roll that moves! On stage since 1993, William T. started as an Elvis tribute artist and became a well-known name in the Rock’n’Roll scene. With international performances at major festivals, supporting acts for The BossHoss, Andreas Gabalier, and Frei.Wild, and six albums to his name, he has made his mark far beyond South Tyrol. Whether with 50s classics or his own songs, William T. and his band set every stage on fire! Free entry.

The association Forum Musik Caldaro/Kaltern organizes the concert "Big Band Sound"

The Villanders Music Band was first officially mentioned in 1803, making it one of the oldest in South Tyrol. Today, the Villanders Music Band has approximately 45 active members and 8 honorary members. It is currently led by the Villanders conductor Hannes Pupp. In addition to traditional events such as the St. Cecilia Concert, the Easter Concert, and numerous church celebrations, the annual fundraising performances on New Year’s Eve, in May, and on St. Martin’s Day are special highlights for the musicians and the Villanders community. Moreover, the traditional costumes worn by the musicians, the "Marketenderinnen", and the flag bearer are among the most traditional in the region.

Summer evenings in Schenna: music & shopping. Stroll through the centre of the village after your evening meal, listen to music, browse in the shops and boutiques and buy some souvenirs to take home with you. In summer, contemporary and folk music bands fill the evening air with music in Schenna. Societies in Schenna also organise various forms of entertainment. Shop opening hours in the evenings: 8pm to 9:30pm.

A country becomes a stage – Jazz a part of the landscape. This year at the Roner distillery with guided tour and tasting. Start at 11 am. At the South Tyrol Jazz Festival Alto Adige, soloists and ensembles not only venture to dizzying musical “heights”, but even climb “real” mountains with their instruments in tow, playing in a breathtaking alpine landscape. The festival itself often treads completely new paths: self-confidently and sometimes approaching over rugged crevices, it tries to penetrate new soundscapes. Mainstream and concert halls are threatened with extinction at the South Tyrol Jazz Festival Alto Adige. Through contrasts and fusions of unusual concert venues and new sound worlds, organisers and artists seek the unknown, the unheard, the unexpected. Musical theater piece with historical facts from the exciting history of the Allerengelberg monastery on the village square in Karthaus/Certosa. The local theater Schnals, the church choir Schnals, the music bands Katharinaberg and Schnals as well as the elementary school of the valley and many volunteers are involved in this joint project.

The Selva band is a milestone in the cultural life of Val Gardena, their performances such as concerts, parades and religious processions are highly appreciated. In addition to traditional marches and classical pieces, the repertoire includes more and more original compositions for wind orchestra and modern pieces by contemporary composers. During these 100 years of activity, the Selva band has participated in numerous competitions and has always achieved extremely positive results. At the moment, Selva's band is made up of about 40 musicians.

The people of Ortisei carry a deep love for music in their hearts – a tradition reflected in the diverse and high-quality performances of the local music association. As an integral part of the village’s cultural, religious, and social life, the ensemble enriches the community with its melodies. Every year, the dedicated musicians gather around 100 times for rehearsals and performances, bringing their passion for music to life. In case of bad weather, the concert will take place in the big hall of the Cultural Centre "Luis Trenker".
