Our events is entirely dedicated to the Tyrolean sounds of our local music bands. In addition, visitors can also expect performances by our local Bavarian folk dance and folk dance groups on some evenings.

As you explore the diversity and unique character of these exquisite wines, you can enjoy a delicious snack, lovingly prepared by the team at Gasthof Rössl. To make the evening even more special, the "Legendary St. Pauls Tschäss Bänd" will provide an unforgettable live music experience with their captivating jazz sounds. To spend a day in joy we invite you to the folk concert in the garden of the house of community, where you will have the opportunity to admire the typical Tyrolean music. Beginning: 8.30 p.m. at the garden of the house of community.

The music bands of our villages enrich our traditions with their music. Experience these melodies and admire the Tyrolean costumes that preserve the cultural identity. Tonight, the melodies of the La Plí music band will resonate through the village, creating a special atmosphere. In case of bad weather, the concert will be cancelled. As the sun sets on the horizon, casting a breathtaking play of colors across the sky and the Dolomite mountains, a culinary experience of the highest class begins: The Chef's Open Air – Sunset Edition in the Eggental Valley. 6 Eggen Valley gourmet chefs, 4 old wood-fired ovens, 1 legendary mountain backdrop: the main ingredients for the Chefs’ Open Air as part of Eggental Valley’s Culturinarika. In the picturesque alpine meadows below the farm Stadlalm in Welschnofen, between the Rosengarten and the Latemar, between the grill and the fire pit, between creative and sophisticated creations, at this event you can look over the shoulders of the chefs as they prepare their delicious dishes. Manuel Pichler from the Restaurant Tschein, Reinhard Daverda from the Hotel Pfösl, Gregor Eschgfäller from the Gourmet Restaurant Astra, Thobias Pardeller from the Franzin Alm, Philip Lochman from the Hotel Engel gourmet&spa and Arnold Paris from the Vitalhotel Erica will all give your taste buds a treat. Wines by renowned South Tyrolean winemakers will be served in keeping with the delicious food. A welcome aperitif and a selection of savory appetizers will be served at the entrance. Coffee enjoyment is available during the event, too. Those in the mood for cool drinks will be well catered for at the Getränke Holzknecht stand. From 8:00 PM, the Eggen | Ega ski team and the Schützen will provide tasty food and refreshing drinks before the band takes the stage at 8:30 PM!

This year, the music groups ‘Plumac’ and ‘2 a holb Lederhosn’ will provide great musical entertainment. The wine tasting "Sëira dl vin" in S. Cristina - an event for all wine lovers.

The upcoming summer concert of the music band of Laion promises to be a musical highlight. The music band promises a magical night under the open sky that will delight music lovers of all ages. Starts at 08:30 pm at the village square. Sweets and drinks will be provided!

The South Tyrolean Whipcracking (‘Goaslschnöller’) Association invites you to the Whipcracking Championship. Whipcracking will be performed in groups of 2, 3 or 4, and judged on posture, volume and timing. The loud whipcrack sound has been used by South Tyrolean herdsmen to drive cattle for centuries. However, whipcracking was also a means of communication over long distances on the alpine pastures, for example to communicate when food was ready or someone was injured. Today, it’s used at religious events, village and alpine festivals, parades and Alpine cattle drives to keep the old tradition alive. The 25th anniversary of Goaßlschnöller Villnöss valley is also celebrated. Followed by an after show party in the tent.
