Culinary Delights: The Marling Goaßlschnöller will treat you to warm dishes starting from 10:30 a.m. – drinks will be available from 10:00 a.m. Throughout the day, you can enjoy impressive whip-cracking performances, and you’ll also get a fascinating look at how a traditional "Goaßl" is handcrafted. The event will take place in almost all weather conditions – only in case of continuous heavy rain will it be cancelled. Knödel, round dumplings, both savoury and sweet, are among South Tyrol's most popular culinary specialities and take centre stage in this festival taking place at Vipiteno/Sterzing in September. Savoury varieties are usually made from white bread kneaded with other ingredients and include Speck-Knödel, cheese gnocchi, spinach dumplings, while dumplings with apricots in the centre (Marillen-Knödel), strawberry and plum 'Knödel' are among the seductive dessert specialities. Of course the feasting will accompanied by entertainment including traditional Tyrolean music by local bands. Knödel spiecialities can be tasted in selected restaurants the week before and after the festival.

And where better than in a mountain hut? The Dolomite peaks will be the setting for a concert by a local music group. King Laurin Alpine Hut Hike: Tradition, music and nature at the foot of the Rosengarten | Catinaccio! The alpine hut hike attracts many people from near and far every year to spend a beautiful, sociable hiking day together in the Dolomite mountains. Also, this year, the associations of Nova Levante transform the mountain meadows at the foot of the Rosengarten | Catinaccio into a small kingdom of delights and entertainment. But the event is crowned by the breathtaking backdrop of the two Dolomite mountains Rosengarten | Catinaccio and Latemar. The culinary delicacies and the matching music certainly guarantee an unforgettable day of hiking with family and friends.

Saturday, 13.09.2025 7:30 p.m.: Start of the feast in the fire station Sunday, 14.09.2025 Umes: Patronal day with holy mass at 11.30 a.m. Afterwards there will be a musical entertainment (Umser Böhmische & OlmanRausch). There will also be an entertainment for the children who can play “Flaschen ziehen”. Like every year there will be the “lucky dip” at the firefighter station Umes.

When autumn begins in the southern Valle Isarco/Eisacktal, it starts also the so-called Törggele-season. Chiusa/Klausen celebrates the beginning of this ancient tradition with a big festival. From 19th September to 21st September, the artist's city Chiusa dedicates itself entirely to the traditions of the "Törggelen" and transforms itself into some kind of outdoor tavern. Through the streets of the town, gastronomic stands offer various South Tyrolean specialties, such as Knödel, Schlutzkrapfen, sausages with sauerkraut (fermented cabbage), doughnuts, Strauben and roasted chestnuts. A rich selection of white wines from the Valle Isarco completes the culinary offer. The festival has also a colourful entertainment program and a lot of popular music.

In September, Last Summer Glow invites you to an atmospheric evening that celebrates the end of summer in a unique atmosphere. Under twinkling fairy lights and warm candlelight, surrounded by natural decorations, cocktails, selected red and white wines and fresh juices are served. Small culinary highlights round off the experience for guests. An evening full of relaxation and enjoyment that celebrates the gentle transition from summer to autumn in a stylish and harmonious way.

These percussion virtuosos perform exclusively on instruments and sound objects built personally by Max Castlunger from reused materials, embracing sustainability. Traditional autumn festival: parade of the Schützen corps (shooters) with costumes and music in Schenna. The mood is festive at the autumn Schützen fair! Traditional costumes are accompanied by lively music and culinary specialities. During the festive procession, holidaymakers and locals can admire the autumnally decorated floats, traditional folk groups and music bands as they parade through the streets of the village.

The Day of the Choirs will take place at the Gardens of Trauttmansdorff Castle throughout the course of the entire day, sending the sound of local choral music ringing out over the Asian bamboo, North American forests and exotic Mediterranean landscapes.

Today Badia celebrates the traditional "segra dl paisc", a festival for the whole village! Every year in September, the traditional Gsieser Almhüttenfest (Val Casies Mountain Pasture Festival) takes place in the Val Casies Valley, a highlight that attracts many hiking enthusiasts every year. The festival takes place alternately in the villages of Colle, S. Martino or S. Maddalena to give the many visitors the opportunity to get to know the numerous alpine pastures and the mountain world of the Val Casies Valley. This year the associations of Colle organise the traditional 37° Val Casies Mountain Pasture Festival on the Gallfallalm in San Martino. Rustic folk music & children programme. Performance of the "Gaslkrocha" of Tesido. A unique and unforgettable celebration to end the summer in Val Casies Valley.
