For the 13th time, LANA MEETS JAZZ will take place in the form of a one-week festival in 2022. As usual, in the spirit of South Tyrol's musical youth, it is characterized by the joint performances of large and small artists and is probably unique in South Tyrol in its kind. The festival is organized by the association Sweet Alps under the artistic direction of Helga Plankensteiner and Michael Lösch.

There won't be a dry eye in the house - the "Vollmond" - Band's show promises top musical enjoyment combined with an attack on the laugh muscles. Also taking part is the show entertainer Sax Martl - known for his appearances at the Munich Oktoberfest. There are always guest appearances by local musicians and groups.

Our events is entirely dedicated to the Tyrolean sounds of our local music bands. In addition, visitors can also expect performances by our local Bavarian folk dance and folk dance groups on some evenings.

Summer evenings in Schenna: music & shopping. Stroll through the centre of the village after your evening meal, listen to music, browse in the shops and boutiques and buy some souvenirs to take home with you. In summer, contemporary and folk music bands fill the evening air with music in Schenna. Societies in Schenna also organise various forms of entertainment. The Alta Pusteria InternationalChoirFestival is a non-competitive event held in the Puster Valley, one of the most beautiful valleys in the entire Alpine region. Nestled at the foot of the Dolomites, it stretches along the border between Italy (South Tyrol) and Austria (East Tyrol). The festival program includes around sixty performances, featuring concerts, open-air revues, and meeting days, where each participating choir is free to present its own repertoire. Founded in 1998, the festival stands out for its diverse venues and the rich variety of choral repertoires, making it not only one of the most spectacular international choral music events but also a meeting place for different musical cultures. Fola Dada is an extremely versatile artist and can be described as a pioneer when it comes to combining different genres in her singing. The trained jazz singer began with tap dancing in the style of Fred Astaire and did not stop at vocal coaching for Dieter Bohlen's DSDS candidates. She has become an integral part of the German jazz and soul scene and was honoured with the German Jazz Award in the singing category in 2022.
